Expected better

Cleanliness of room was disappointing, hadn't been swept well in a long time, behind doors to the bedroom. Shower tiles were cracked, and water backed up in the tub while showering. Water pressure and temp were lacking.

Bathroom Issues

My first room, 712 I think at the end of the hall, had a running toilet all night. Woke up to a puddle on the bathroom floor. They had to switch me to a different room, room 807. They also gave me access to the club on the 9th floor for my troubles. My key never gained me access to that club space. The bathroom in 807 had a body odor smell around the toilet area. Both showers had mold. Pillows could stand to be fluffier. Leaf blower at 5:30AM is unnecessary. Internet is slow when hotel is heavily booked. The only plus was the staff was fairly friendly and the bath towels weren't sandpaper. Questioning my reservation here for early November.

Tough climb!

Elevator service intermittent and we were on the fifth floor! Two seventy year olds had to carry bags up! The maid service ignored the sign on the door and woke us up. This place is very pretentious.

Elevator blues

Things go wrong. If your second elevator is out of order and stuck on the second floor, management might tack up a sign or mention the issue when you check in.

Sheraton

Pros: I liked the cleanliness of the room.
Cons: The cleanliness of the hallways and elevator area.
Location: The location was excellent and many, many things to do in Columbus! We came to Columbus to go to the zoo.
You could adjust your own room temperature at a pleasing temp which was nice. The room itself was clean but they only provided towels for 2 people instead of 3 and 3 people were scheduled to stay in our room. The other thing is the elevator area and hallways were not very clean. And the pool area needed cleaned as well! Also, the staff was extremely professional and helpful.

Very spacious

Pros: Big rooms
Cons: Breakfast selection
Location: It's not too far from the main shopping malls
Lovely hotel with very nice spacious suites. The breakfast buffet selection was quite limited and repetitive for me after just 4 days. Other than that I was very pleased with my choice of hotel and would highly recommend it.

This property has declined!

Pros: Comfortable bed and linin. Quiet location. Front desk very helpful.
Cons: Major remodel of hotel. Retrain housekeeping.
I have been here twice before over several years. This time it was clear that it overdue for a major renovation. In room: doors stick / catch. Bathroom fixtures loose. Dirt in corners. Daily cleaning inadequate. Bartender hitting on customer and not paying attention to other customers. I left and went down the street to get a drink before going to bed.

Quiet hotel close to many dining options.

Pros: location and room
The hotel seemed to be very busy. We were worried about noise but they put us at the end of a hallway and we didn't hear a thing. Very pleasant stay.

Room condition

The room suite was small. No guide to the tv, even though there were two tvs. It almost seemed like they built a wall in a normal sized room just to be able to call it a suite. And on top of that it smelled musty even trying to air it out with the fan. Windows do not open, period.
