Hello Sean, I would like to apologize for your recent unsatisfactory stay with us. As I recall, I reached out to you before our front office was closing. You informed me that your arrival time would be later then 9:00pm. I wish you had asked about a late check out time then because that issue would have been resolved and never come to fruition. Our motel does not offer a late check out option, if we did offer that choice then I assume that the majority of our guests would choose a late check-out negating our normal time. Having that option does not make any sense to me, if the guest inquires about a later time then I always grant them an extra hour until 11:00 am. I am sorry for the miscommunication. Your second problem was our cable service, which is through Direct T.V.. With it being a satellite cable package, our properties location in a valley and 2 winter storms piling snow right before your stay were all factors that contributed to some channels not being available. Im not quite sure what the number is for not too many stations but I believe 200+ stations is more then adequate. I am sorry if the full package of channels were not available to you, due to previously stated uncontrollable circumstances. I hope you give our property another chance we would not disappoint you again, we hope to make it up to you. Thank you again Sean for your business.
