Had to clean spot off toilet seat. Rest of the room was clean and neat but a little dusty. Place is a bit dated, could use some remodeling, like fresh coat of paint, and replacing bent bathroom blinds with shade and curtains. Bed was very comfortable, which after all the traveling I have done was a very big surprise! I definitely will consider staying there again as desk manager was exceptionally cordial and helpful, location is very convenient, price was fair for the region, and above noted items are only minor issues.

Close to downtown as well as the outlets (about half in between the two). Clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful views of the mountains from the balcony of the room too.

Nicole, All of our mattresses are hotel quality. Our guest rooms are cleaned and disinfected with hospital grade cleaners. Our housekeepers / staff takes a lot off pride in thier work . We wish you had told us first before going online and writing a negative review, we would have fixed and issues you may have had :( Happy to hear you enjoyed the beautiful view of the Moat Mountains.

We checked in late at 8:30pm the woman at the desk (Ann) was so very helpful. A not to travelers if your checking in after 9pm call ahead of time they have a different process for that.

Would definitely stay here again. Was a quick weekend getaway so worked for us. Beautiful views from the balcony. The place does need some updating and maintenance but for the price it was good.

The property was clean and in line for the price paid. There were some issues the first night as we were on the first floor and the upstairs guest was very loud and pacing their room all night. This led to a completely sleepless night. When we checked in we were told there was no staff after 9 pm. The next day we spoke with Annie at the desk, who was amazing. Annie apologized and corrected the desk clerk from the night before and stated there is a manager nearby who is available for issues. Annie then helped us move our room and offered to comp us a night for a future stay because of the issue. The views are amazing and it is so close to everything in North Conway. Despite the issues with the other guest the stay was enjoyable overall.

Good location. The owners were very friendly. It is a cute property. If you are looking for fancy top of the line furniture and decor, this is not you place. If you like small mom and pop places, then this is right up your alley. The view when you wake up and look out to the mountains is beautiful. Tough parking with larger vehicles when there is a bit of snow. Overall good stay.

Me and my Husband were looking for a place to stay for just a night and came across this Inn. We would love to stay here again. It was affordable, clean, and had a gorgeous view of the mountains!! The receptionist who checked us in was also extremely kind and gave us recommendations on places to eat and things we could do. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in the area!

I have stayed at this property a few times. The staff is always nice and the rooms are clean. The rooms are outdated, no black out curtains and the beds are not the best. A safe setting with a beautiful view of the mountains out back. Good for a quick trip.

When we got there, we were told the room we were going to have had heat or water problem so we were sent to sister motel, Briarwood. Not a pleasant room,outside door was loose, bathroom sink drained very slow. Beds were ok, linens clean.
