Great two night vacation mid week.

This hotel is very beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to easily upgrade our room for 25$ to a room with a patio. This worked great getting our 1 1/2 year old daughter to bed. The beach is well maintained and they deliver you drinks and food if you need it. The kids pool was great for our daughter although she's so wild she wanted to be in the big pool more !

extremely overpriced

Pros: I would never pay to stay there again I don't care how close it is from the beach...no way. Very small beds, also!
Cons: The noise level, overall upkeep of the rooms, larger bedding options for families.
Location: Falmouth is great, lots to do!
We went for r&r and unfortunately between the slamming doors, screaming kids (and adults) and kids running up and down the hallways until 11:30 at night...let's just say it was a challenge. If it were a cheap hotel, I could deal, but for the exuberant amount of money we payed, it was ridiculous.

I am sorry that you feel our accommodations are overpriced. We do advertise that our guestrooms are furnished with King or Double beds. Our summer months are certainly our busiest months and whereas, we are on the ocean families want to be here. I do apologize that it was not quieter during your stay. Unfortunately, despite our efforts to remind people of our ‘quiet hours’ signs, some guests are not as considerate as others.

Great experience/terrific location.

All staff were very accommodating, and personable. Beach was crowded due to wedding guests, but great experience. Room was spacious, clean with a comfortable bed. Location great 15 min. Away from town of Falmouth and Mashpee Commons.

Great hotel and staff. We arrived early and my room was ready so they allowed for an early check in. The only negative was the beach service was slow and even forgot our order. Other than that the hotel is great.

Great for a Family Getaway!

Pros: Everything was in one place!The rooms were great, the beach was beautifully, the pools were so clean and the restaurant food was delicious!
My husband and I took our 1 year old daughter to the Seacrest. The hotel was clean, the beach was beautiful and well maintained and my daughter loved the pools, especially the 1 ft. pool where she could feel very independent. We can not wait to go back!

Great beach. Building due for updates

Pros: Enthusiastic and helpful staff. Fantastic beach. Large and quiet rooms. Comfortable beds (Review on tripadvisor gave me worry, but we slept well). Overall clean and comfortable. Maui mats on beach are fun but $100/day. Cons: Rooms are in need of an update. Chips in doorframe paint, wobbly toilet seat, low def tv. Tolerable but very basic, with no charm. We didn't pay for ocean view and our window opened to a roof with utility equipment. The outside pool seemed cloudy. By the afternoon, the beach area was quite crowded. Shallow beach with quiet waves (good for little ones, not for boogie boarding). Pricey but ok food and drinks. No where to walk to. Downtown Falmouth is very nice but 25+ min away. Falmouth is far from other towns, especially when you calculate Cape traffic.

The staff and location was great. But for the amount of money I pay to stay at a resort they should serve bettter quality food. The rooms has an odor.

Beach was great

Rooms ok, need updating. Food terrible. Breakfast buffet, too expensive for poor quality. Need to hire chefs for all food service, food should be tasty, fresh and proper temperature. You lost business here. We ate dinner once and breakfast twice, and was enough. Ate off premise for rest of meals
