Not a clean hotel! Needs new carpet, new furniturs

Unfortunately, due to Hurricane Irma, this was one of the last hotels available and we literally got the last room that they had available. As soon as we walked into the room (211) we were greeted with the over-powering smell of cat urine. There were FIVE 'wads' of chewing gum stuck into the carpet in various areas through the room, the closet 'curtain' had some stain on it, the 2 black desk chair cushions were stained and dirty, the TV stand was so chipped and scratched that it look like it had been beaten with a chain, there was not a single glass, plate or dish in ANY of the cupboards (this is an extended stay properly with a kitchen), you had to flush the toilet 3x to get it to empty, there were various brown food? stains on top of the refrigerator. As i stated this was the last room and last hotel we could find. On a positive note: the AC worked well.

Wonderful staff except for one person

Pros: The staff was very nice and accommodating except for one big guy at the front desk. I told him about the vending machines and did nothing to assist me
Cons: All of the above I mentioned
Location: I loved the location it was nice. I went to the casino and walmart and restaurants in the area and oh the cinema as well
Rooms was not clean properly, roaches dead in fridge and bathroom, toilet not flushing properly, iron not working properly I had to try different outlets just to get it on. The water was leaking under the facebowl in bathroom.

Vacation hotel stay

Upon checking in I was very impressed with the front desk clerk. She greeted me with a sincere smile, was pleasant and very accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean and cool...which was excellent for the temperature that day. All of the staff assisted me whenever I needed something extra like linens or utensils etc. On check out the same pleasant staff that greeted me upon checking in (Davine (ph) or Davia or something like that) was on shift. Again she was accommodating and even made me want to stay longer. Overall I had a wonderful experience at Extended Stay...like I always do.

The stay good. I plan on coming back when I'm in town. The staff is helpful. It would be great if they had more options for breakfast but overall it was a great stay.

Extra dirty and smelled really bad

Worst experience ever, they dont offer daily room service amd the rooms are dirty and smell really bad!

Not to impressed

It was a bit noisy there weren't that many people on duty so when I called the front desk the first two times no one answered. It wasn't completely dirty but it wasn't immaculately clean either and the toilet didn't work we had to have someone come up and fix it. It was a little loud with some of the other guests or residents but it was okay however in all honesty I probably won't stay there again and if I do it'll be in a different location but it's undoubtful if I'll use extended stay again.
