The carpet was filthy and the bathtub was weird. It must not have had a good foundation so was squishy. Good thing we were only there 1 night.

Housekeeping maintenance issues

Pros: Good firm bed
Cons: Improved housecleaning and proofing.
Location: Central location
Very comfortable bed. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating my issues. Broken lamp fixtures, blown GFI in which neither TV in suite worked could have been avoided by more diligent housekeeping. No batteries in TV remote. No coffee maker in suite kitchen and coffee stopped serving in self service lobby bar at 9 not great.

Pool wasn't clean, room was basic. Didn't come with anything, not even a bottle of water. Front desk wasn't helpful nor had water when asked or for sale. Room was never cleaned. Decent for one night stay if you're trying to stay in budget.

Home away from home

Pros: Friendly and professional staff.
Cons: All amenities should be working, but unfortunately the pool during our stay was closed.
Location: We had quick access to I95 and Atlantic Blvd & Cypress Creek Blvd. Plenty of restaurants to select from also.
The staff were and are extremely friendly, responsive, and accommodating to our needs. Great job!!!!

Pipes not working and toilet wouldn't flush

None of the plumbing was working and the halls reeked of cannibas smoke.

Blankets on backorder?

Upon arriving at 1am, front desk clerk told me I could not check in until a room audit was completed, so we were forced to wait with two sleeping children until she could put my credit card in the computer - even though the room was prepaid. There was no bedding for the pull out couch. We were given sheets and a thin blanket... no pillows. Upon crawling into our bed, we came to realize there was nothing on it but a sheet. When we called the front desk she said there were no blankets left. Did not offer to move us to another room, basically telling us we were SOL. My husband and I froze all night. I slept in my sweatshirt and jeans. In Florida we had to turn the HEAT up to 78 to keep from shivering. On a good note, the woman we spoke to in the morning was very helpful and gave us a full refund. However we were told that blankets were on backorder. I'm not sure why they would rent rooms with no blankets? Overall terrible experience.

Nice hotel disappointed in Expedia and not allowin

I could not use my coupon for a 10% discount nor my points to reduce Thea cost paid. Everything was great in the hotel just disappointed in to Expedia

It was an O.K. stay

The only reason I was dissapointed is because as I went to sit on my bed, the bottom right corner leg of the metal frame broke. I was so tired after a long day out & to come and try to rest was dissapointing. I was too tired to complain to the front desk so I just went to sleep. When I woke up the other corner metal leg where my head rests on the the top right was broken too. so the whole time I was sleeping with my daughter all rolled up against the wall. You could tell it was broken before and they just left it for the next person.
