The area not the hotel was safe. There was a man that narrated me at check-in I could not go to my room. My room had to be changed. The room itself was smelly and there were bed bugs. I would not go there again.

Pros: lEAVING.
Cons: everything
NO TOWELS IN ROOM SO I CALLED FRONT DESK SHE SAID IN A NASTY TONE COME GET THEM. SO I IMMEDIATELY WENT WHEN I GOT THERE THEY WERE ALL(3) OF THEM STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHING. very BAD ATTITUDE OF STAFF ALL I CAN SAY THEY SEEMED TO BE VERY LAZY. THEY SHOULD GET FIRED.

Bug everywhere.

I checked in at 5pm and still was not ready. Had to wait 20 more min.Stayed at this hotel and every night ended up with bugs in my room in bed.

Nightmare at a Florida Hotel

Pros: Office staff and cleaning woman were friendly
Cons: Better cleaning job. Hotel does not have to be fancy, just clean. Do not charge for cleaning room when room was dirty in the first place.
Location: Lots of places to shop nearby.
Water was leaking from faucet of tub (constant flow). Office was informed & was told there is no maintenance on weekend. Following Monday maintenance man came and told me just to tighten up the faucet. I showed him I could not do it. He asked me to move to another room in order not to hear the water. He never told me that somebody will fix faucet. Room dirty and so was hallway. There were dust balls all over the room and a bottle cap was on the floor which was probably left by last tenant. Tiles of bath tub/shower had molds. I also killed 2 baby cockroaches. Room cleaning service was an extra fee.

bad bed

The bed was very uncomfortable, there was not a coffee maker in the room, no ventilation in the bathroom, the carpet smelled, the phone did not work, and the room decor was none

I was close to everything that I needed.

Pros: The room was clean and homey.
Cons: More stuff for breakfast.
Location: Tamarac, Florida at S R 441 and Commercial Blvd.
everything was to my expectation, I was happy it was a very quiet atmosphere.

There are better options out there

Pros: Location. It was about a mile from my business meetings.
Cons: Offer some basic kitchen utensils in the room. A cup, plate, knife, fork, spoon, coffee maker.
Location: Very busy location off main thoroughfare.
If you are looking for a hotel with a kitchenette, there are better options out there. My room had no kitchen utensils. All I really needed was a cup, spoon, knife and a plate. I didn't know you had to request them at reservation. I thought at least something would be included. My tv channels were all analog, I don't care about that, but the reception was horrible. Snow on every channel. Reminded me of the 70's. And Showtime was out of service my entire stay. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30 am. I tried up until 7:00 am to get a cup of coffee and the lobby was locked and nobody responded to knocking/pounding. There was no coffee maker in the room, so I was hosed. Overall, dissatisfied with the stay and will try another chain next time.
