Don't trust the pictures on Expedia.

This is at best a motel not a hotel. Mildew around top of bathtub, bathtub floor dirty, shower curtain higher than top of bathtub allowing water to spill on the bathroom floor that's why I placed couple of towels on the bathroom floor next to bathtub. Also, there is no room service available less than seven days of stay here and for fresh towels, I have to turn in used up towels at the office in order to get fresh ones. Rooms smell bad. Everything looks like it is dirty and used in both rooms. Property is awful and trash everywhere and right outside the rooms. Trash bins outside room doors. Stay somewhere else or regret it.

Extended stay, but I’d rather go

The bathroom tub looked dingy. There was no silverware in the room at all. The sheets are thin, but the pillows were nice. Floor vacuumed, room presentable except the tub and lack of silverware.

Room smelled horrible. Office not clearly marked.

Very dissatisfied with my stay. Office was difficult to find. Manager was talking to her boyfriend when I arrived.

An alright hotel close to shopping district

Cons: Maybe hire more staff so the Front Desk Agent doesn't have to do a million more things than he/she is required.
Location: The hotel is on W. Commercial Blvd, so it's close to Sawgrass Mall, Marshall's, Publix, Walgreens & every dine-in and fast food restaurant around.
Check-in took a while because the Front Desk Agent was not present. My sister, uncle & I kept yelling "hello" for about 5 minutes, then a few moments later she walked in and said "ID please". I later realized that she handles everything around the hotel, so when she's not at the Front Desk, she's attending to guests or dealing with laundry or doing a million other things. Poor girl. I forgot her name. She was pleasant, but obviously exhausted. Other than that, there were no issues.

Would not recommend

Worst hotel stay in my life. I wasn't given the room I select through expedia, was told that room wasn't availbe, was charged for a more expensive room which was a down grade. I had to wait for a room and the rep friend walked in you get a room and she upgraded him to a suite for a rate lier than mine 60. When I got to the room keys didn't work, after that was fixed room was smoking after I asked for non smoking, rep stayed nothing else was available, slept in my car that night because it was getting near 1 am and I had been in the road figure I will just talk to a supervisor later. Nope the supervisor was gone till Tuesday and the lady from the night before charged me for one night and I had to play again ??? Lady apologized and stayed she doesn't know why the other person didn't switch my room but she just check someone in to her last min smoking room and gave me a discount of 10? The room was cheaper through expedia almost 500 I might add, so it was still a up vharge on my stay for a room that i couldn't sleep in. I was stuck with something that I didn't want and forced into it. The cleanest thing was the fridge. Because I paid through expedia and the hotel my card had holds on it and charges. It was the day of and every hotel arround was almost 200 a night. I selected this hotel because my mom is in a nursing home 7 min away and I was her birthday but my god this has was the worst hotel stay for me.

Not a good place to stay

I had to stay at this hotel for 2 nights, it was dirty , called the lobby twice for clean towels and never got an answer... never again

Very pleasant staff

The manager was SO personable and professional. We were waiting for our apartment to be prepared. The office staff was very helpful and courteous. We definitely recommend!!!

Never ahain

The area not the hotel was safe. There was a man that narrated me at check-in I could not go to my room. My room had to be changed. The room itself was smelly and there were bed bugs. I would not go there again.
