first stay experience

Pros: not very big but have the necessary amenities
Cons: well the property is under renovation so I will have to see after the work
Location: not a whole lot of things but if you are driving, things are in close proximity
Checked into the hotel without any issues. Employee helpful and very professional. Even though the property is under renovation, the interior is in super condition. The breakfast is nice and there is coffee and fruits available all the time. I like the quietness of the area and would not mind living there again.

Nice hotel close to shopping

Pros: The pool was beautiful
Cons: The carpet need to be clean it's very old
Location: Great location beach and shopping area are close to hotel
I enjoy my stay at the Hampton the breakfast was good

Good location

Pros: Staffs are very friendly especially the night manager lady
Cons: Don't forget the inside once the outside is completed
The carpet was wet and it smells my first night, I went to the front desk the following morning and told them, when I came back from shopping I meet two large Fans in there to dry the carpet, smells worst we couldn't breath in there, It's a long story and I don't want to remember it, But I will recommend it to a friend and I will go back because I believe when they finish renovating it will be nice

Great value for the price

Very clean room. Comfortable beds and hot breakfast not just that continental breakfast. Enjoyed my stay there, i would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel under Renovations

Pros: Room was fine good breakfast
Scaffolding surrounding the building corridors a mess this hotel should not be taking guests at this time

Ongoing Construction - was not a problem.

Room was great, breakfast was very tastey. Ft Lauderdale location was under construction, but was not an inconvenience.

Not great

Hotel was under construction. Room was not clean. Air conditioner was not working well. Manager at front desk was not too friendly

Construction that Hotels.com failed to mention

The room was fine but the hotel was under construction so the room choices were limited to those with a big blue tarp over the window. There was almost no water pressure so the showing was horrible..and the TV remote did not work. Other than that it was fine.

Really disappointing

The hotel was under construction and shouldn't have been open. The place was not the usual feeling and quality of a Hampton Inn. Not as clean as it should have been but the staff was great. We were offered a refund but then we would have been without a place to stay. An adjustment of the price might have eased the pain a bit. The website did not say the hotel was under construction. Really disappointing.
