good location close to shops & resturants

The room was clean but a bit dated & had the room had a musty scent. The shower was great & the bed very comfortable. The staff was great at the front desk. Good stay, great location, alot of shops & restaurants in the area. I'd recommend to friends only for a short stay nothing over 3 days.

Cruise 2017’

The room had enough space for my family. The room was also a non-smoking room and smelled completely like smoke. My throat was sore the next morning and my husbands eye were burning. They claimed they were sold out and couldn’t change our room.

Hotel was ok off the the beach

Pros: Nice location
Cons: Adjust the door closure from slamming the doors.
Location: Nice location to restaurants and stores
Beside the doors slamming,it was ok compare where I have stay before.

nice room

Grounds were a bit dirty. Cigarette butts & empty cans/bottles not picked up. Loud at pool even after it was supposed to be closed.

This hotel have bedbugs

BEWARE my son complaining because his shoulder and in the back he felts itches and pains. When I was checking he have bedbugs biters. Is allergic to insect bites and hives were great, we had a tremendous fright.

COCKROACH IN MY ROOM

Strange hotel after 10pm they closed the lobby and and receive guest on a window with no careful. When I arrived at my room, there’s a cockroach close to the window and my wife didn’t stay there. I asked my money back and the hotel back wanted to charge me for 1 night. After some mintues she cancelled my stay and the debit on my card. Sure never back. Better hotels not so far from this.

Nice area nasty hotel

Had to change room bec of hair all under the sheets you can tell they were not changed then to change to new room and pillow case dirty and they didnt change them i did just drop the cases off. Fight broke out in a room above tired callin front desk no one answer.kids running all over not a controlled area. Then they didnt want to refund for my days just one day but had been inconvenience twice out of a 3 day stay.

Dirty

Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come check you in. Their was a sign that stated " will be back in 5 min". The first room they put us in smelled like pure musk. The 2nd room they switched us to smelled like someone was just smoking pot in the room prior to us coming in. I went once more to desk and was ready to just leave and they offered us 3rd room that was not all that but yet it was ok for us to spend the night. This was absolutely the worse experience ever.

Inconsiderate

Prior to being hit by a hurricane, we made reservations with the hotel. After the hurricane, we called the hotel to ensure the hotel was OK to stay in. We were on hold for 45 minutes and the lady who answered the phone did not even see us reserved. After going around and around with her, she finally found the reservation. We specifically inquired about the hotel status, but she said if they did not call us then we have nothing to worry about. 5 hours later as we became closer to the hotel, we called again to ensure we were OK. The phone recording said, if we did not get a call, then we are OK. Later that night we arrived to check in but was shocked to find no electricity in the facility. The girl at the front desk had no sympathy or empathy to the condition we were in. She had no care to the fact the hotel did not call us and inform us they were without electricity and we now had no place to stay. All other hotels in the South Florida area were booked due to the hurricane.
