This is a 2 star hotel. Huge let down

Let me summarize: 1) This is a 2 star hotel. 2) No internet in the room. Internet in the lobby is a joke. Extremely slow and flaky. 3) The hotel is in an isolated location. The taxi charges 3X to get out to anywhere. Anything is 5km away. 4) The beds are so bad, that it seems as though they picked from the trash can outside dorms. 5) No microwave. No Outside food or drinks allowed. Remember any business is 5km away. 6) Goa is a western town. Everything is over hyped. Extremely expensive, and hugely sub standard for the price. 7) This hotel charges 3X for a 2 star hotel.

There was power cut so many times, ac was not working in the room they arranged for a table fan,breakfast was horrible , chef doesn't know how to cook

Pros: Pool and the pool bar was nice and pleasant.
Cons: Staff needs to be more polite and need to respond to calls when we ask for something.
Location: Take a taxi or two wheeler first off as nothing is in walkable distance.
Okay... well I have mixed review about this hotel... as some of the employees said no guest comes the second time to this resort. Staff.... especially from the restaurant are extremely rude and not fit for hotel industry... Cleaning staff was more mannered then them. Resort is away from the beach and at a lone place. Breakfast was standard and nothing that I can have good memory about. Reception staff was helpful enough. Best place I liked was the pool and the bar in the pool. Rooms were not maintained. Water leaking from AC, balcony entrance slide door stuck and had to be pushed hard to move and when you call reception for these problems, they take ages to send someone. I called the bell boy to pick up my luggage at checkout but no one turned up for 20 mins and finally I had to bring it down myself. None of the rooms have ceiling fans... and if you want one they will provide a table fan... :( looks and sounds awkward. Room tariff is too much to ask for the services they provide.
