The hotel overall is nice. It's very near the entrance to the train station of Line 1 of the Busan subway. The staff were friendly, there was a bit of a language barrier if you're not fluent in Korean but with Google translate it works out.

I had a 4 nights stay. Location is great. Room was serviced everyday even though I could see some dirty spots. I had very minimal interactions with the staff so cannot comment much there. Did not try the breakfast either.
