Hotel was very loud overcrowded someone tried to get in my room. No towels and no cereal. This was one of the worst stays I've experienced. Also no ice machine really what hotel doesn't have an ice machine?

We booked a room for 5 and there were only 3 towels & no sheets for the sofa bed. I needed to make a trip to the desk to get those items, so it wasn't that bad. However, the hotel is understaffed and dealing with the front desk takes a lot of time regardless of what you need to do, including at check-in. The breakfast was a disaster. The only items were prepackaged muffins and coffee. The coffee urns were empty most of the time and since no one from the staff was there watching, they stayed empty for extended periods of time. To advertise "Breakfast Included" is misleading at best. If they can't do better than what I experienced, they should stop the false advertising.

Pros: nothing, they have racist people up front.
Cons: customer service period.
very tiny room, had a kitchen but no utensils or anything to cook with, microwave did not work, tub did not drain, had to take shower with tub full of water, very uncomfortable shower head spraying water in all directions, no house keeping service, my room was not ready when I tried to check in at 3pm because they don't have enough help to clean rooms, over all very unpleasant stay, will not use a extended stay America ever or Expedia to book travel.

Very Limited Ammenities

Hotel clean. Acceptable lobby. Noisy. Rooms with kitchen, but no accessories to even make coffee. Breakfast items very limited, no foods for children. No cleaning of room without surcharge. Staff nice, but their only answer to issues was "Corporate made the decision." They didn't take responsibility, nor were they given any authority by Corporate to do so. Initially, hard to get to because hotel was located off the main road & no signs.

Our experience with this hotel was that of being very average. The staff was helpful. The building is in need of repair. The breakfast was terrible. If you ask us, they are batting 500 -- not hitting it out of the park but not striking out either.
