Our room was nice and the breakfast was great with lots of options. There was a cleanliness problem throughout the hotel. The trash in the entrance was completely overflowing. There was a pack of cigarettes that sat at the bottom of the stairwell for 3 days (despite the front desk being notified). Trash/toilet paper sat in the hallway for multiple days. The staff was nice so I don’t know if they are understaffed and can’t keep up or what.

The property is in a corporate business area, does not have conveniet dining or shopping options, must drive several miles. Lobby area was nice but furnishings in room living area was old and tattered. beds were comfortable.

This was a fantastic little place to stay. There was lots of room in the mini apartment for all of our things! The kitchen was equipped with all the things you would possibly need on a mini vacation. I was not expecting the space to be so accommodating and I was very happy with this booking!

4 adults/3 kids Nice size suite
Cheer competition so wanted to be close to downtown Indy. Check in was different. Walked in stood there for about 5 minutes and nobody was there. This was at 3:30pm. Hotel is not marked well for elevators, pool etc. Asked a housekeeper where the pool was and she couldn’t speak English. She tried to translate through her phone. Temperature in the room was super hot. We kept adjusting the thermostat and it would go right back up. The hotel itself was super clean and so were the rooms. on the weekends starts at 7:30am instead of 6:30am. We had to leave to be downtown early so had to rush the kids through. Pool was clean but not lighted well. They only had like 2 lights on strange. Another guest thought the same. Beautiful courtyard.

One of the best places to stay
One of the better places we have stayed in the last few years. We would definitely stay again in the future. Very clean and very friendly atmosphere. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

We met friends here for an Indy event. We all found it to be an inviting space, both in the main commons area, and in our individual rooms. The staff was very friendly, our rooms were immaculate, and we enjoyed the good breakfast in the morning.

The room was excellent and the bed the best I can remember. The staff was very pleasant though not in evidence when I checked out. I reserved through Expedia, and I am unclear why my room rate for the second night was much higher.

For the price, it definitely could have been better. It did have nice pots which I was surprised by but pool was broken (2 disappointed kids) and room had a huge stain on the carpet that looked like it wasn’t even attempted to be cleaned. Also, we had no hand soap in the room for the restroom, which just made me wonder how deep of a clean it got after the last guest.

Goods: Sustainability at its Best: It was heartwarming to see the hotel making eco-friendly efforts, like providing fixed containers for shampoos, lotions, and other toiletries, rather than using environment-unfriendly disposable bottles. No Parking Woes: If you're coming by car, rest assured as there's an abundance of parking space available. A Memorable Breakfast: The hotel offers a better-than-average breakfast spread. Notably, the freshly fried potatoes were a delightful treat. Moreover, the provision of both disposable and sustainable options for dining ware is praiseworthy. Cons: Limited TV Options: I was disappointed to find that the TV lacked any internet streaming service. Additionally, due to some contractual issues, Disney channels were unavailable, making it challenging to keep the kids entertained. Water Issues: It was discouraging to find that the drinking fountains at both the pool and the fitness center were out of order. It's inconvenient and uneco-friendly to not have a location to refill water bottles. Crowded and Risky Pool Area: The pool, aside from being quite small, had a malfunctioning heater. The crowded nature of the pool and a group playing football near it made the atmosphere tense and possibly dangerous for other guests. Cleanliness Matters: There was a noticeable need for cleaner carpets in some areas.

Nadia provided amazing customer service. She remembered our names and always checked in when we were passing. The property was well cleaned and comfortable. The shower was amazing felt like you were getting a massage. The breakfast hot and was tasty there were plenty of choices. With the outstanding friendly customer service and clean property we felt as if we were at home. Hands down this is the best hotel experience we have had in the Midwest.

They’re social hours we’re excellent. They’re breakfast was great!! They’re house keeping was not that great had to tell them twice to clean room. Needed towels had to go get them from front desk. Ran out of conditioner and body soap. Had to go to front desk to get it.
