I was very upset drove 3 hours and I called that morning to male sure pool was working for my kids. I was told it was got there and didn't work. Very disappointed

Worst Stay Ever

This was the worst stay I have ever experienced in my life. The linen was dirty, they only have two washcloths and towels available per room in which they were stained and dingy. I had 4 people in my room. The room service was horrible, the beds were not comfortable, the phone didn't work. Had to stop by nearby Target to buy cleaning supplies and Lysol. When I advised the front desk that my bedding had hair and stains on it, I was given more stained, hairy linen to make the bed up myself. The only thing nice I can say is that the assistant manager was willing to listen to complaint, but since room was booked through third party she couldn't offer a refund. The coffee was good located in the lobby. If I could give this hotel a -10 I would. Bad representation for a Marriott.

The one elevator was not functioning and the fitness room was closed for renovations as well as a musty smell throughout. understanding they were going through a renovation, still having to pay full price for part of the experience is not my idea of a great place.
