Horrible, dingy, and dirty

The clerk was very rude he came to the front desk with what appeared to be sleeping attire. He kept cursing about how I booked the room said I should've come there instead of booking on Expedia. It took about 20 mins to get me into my room. When I got into the room it looked as though I had stepped into a motel for druggies and prostitutes. I booked the room in the state of an emergency so I couldn't get a refund to go elsewhere. We could not sleep under the cover and I refused to lay my infant son anywhere on the disgusting bed. We pretty much stayed up until sunrise and left immediately. They should tear this place down and rebuild it, it is just that bad...

Won't Stay At This Property Again

Pros: The security guard in the lobby was nice, friendly and helpful. The outside of the property was nice
Cons: Refer to the comments in the "Write about your experience section."
Location: The location is convenient to I-55 and there are many things to do in Jackson. Google "things to do."
The room was somewhat clean. One bed had hair in it. The pillow cases, sheets and blanket were dirty. The bedspread on one bed should have been thrown away and replaced. There was no phone, no ice bucket, no cups, no hand towels and no extra toilet paper. I had to go to the front desk and ask for cups and extra toilet paper. There is an ice machine, but no vending machines. Which the ice machine wouldn't have done any good since there was no ice bucket. The handle to turn on the water in the shower was broken off. The water ran just under lukewarm and the tub filled up with water before I finished my shower. The bathroom in the lobby was out of order and the odor filtered into the hall to the rooms. The security lock on the door was broken and half the lights didn't work. The pillows were a joke. Fillo dough is almost fluffier than these pillows. When I went to get the extra TP and cups, the desk clerk had to be awakened from the couch in the lobby (he was snoring). The button on the "heater" was broken. The "heater" kicked on several times during the night and blew cool air. I froze most of the night, since there was only a sheet and light bedspread, plus cold air blowing in the room. And there were no kleenexes in the room.
