Very nice hotel close to cruise port

My family and I only stayed one night but the room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was excellent! I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

They did not clean my room.. I had to make up my b

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: The staff was not helpful and the manager advised that he would deduct an amount from my room do to it not being cleaned !
One of the worst hotel stays ever! I will stay at this place again.

Parking

Not enough parking for guests. Asked to park at a nearby fast food restaurant while staff parked out front. Door keys didn't work. Under staffed after 11pm

Close to Jaxport

Location: Not much close by however there is a good local seafood restaurant about 9 miles away, Sandollar. Worth the drive.
Great location if taking a cruise out of Jaxport, only about 1 mile away. Hotel even offers a shuttle to the port (for a fee).

Nice, Clean, & very close to our parting cruise.

Pros: Proximity to our departing cruise. Cleanliness
Our stay as just for overnight. The lobby was clean and inviting. Our room was also clean and comfy. The morning of our departure the complimentary breakfast was exceptional. Thank You Expedia and Holiday Express!!

Close to port, great staff.

Front desk staff very nice and accommodating. This hotel is very close to the port so perfect for a 1 night stay before a cruise.

Great area. Convenient location

Convenient area. Nice hotel. Had small issue with stopped up bathroom sink but they repaired it after we called. Good service. Did not eat breakfast here athotel. It was mostly pastries and sausage substitutes.

Great facility,nice staff. Seemed a bit isolated but at least it wasnt a bad neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.

Convenient to Jaxport

Closest hotel to Jaxport so for convenience it was unbeatable. Breakfast bar was overall good. Only exception being the out of date milk I chugged on without checking. Room was ok except for bugs we found. Housekeeping was not very helpful and one in particular pretty rude about a Stain on the carpet we didn't make.
