The a.c. in the room didn't work very well and it's a long walk to the rooms from the lobby.

- Check-in: NO bellman. Poor valet service. - the room is outdated. - Overrated & overpriced - not a good location if your visiting Kansas City.

Yes, it was a horrible stay but I must say that the quick response from the hotel made me regain hope. I truly believe that they did not know all of this. They were very nice to work with after the fact and wanted to ensure my happiness. I am very glad that this company does take the time to work through the issues of dissatisfaction to keep customers happy! Thank you!

Bad all around

From the rude staff at the front counter to the dirty rooms. Way to expensive for what you get and also make sure you always use valet because I did not and my car was broken in to. This was a horrible experience! First and last time staying here!

The rooms need updated. The furniture looks worn. The bathrooms are small and there is a basic tub. I believe a hotel like this should have jet tubs.

Excellent Hotel, a must stay if in Kansas City

First time staying in a casino hotel, was very impressed with the whole set-up. The rooms were excellent, very clean and spacious with extremely comfortable beds.mthe hotel facilities were amazing, we had a great time in the Casino and the food could not be faulted in the many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if visiting this area.

Only good thing was close to stadiums

No internet for 2 days!! No room service, made us walk down to pick up, gift shop computer down, safe broken, loud staff in halls at 6am!! Manager on duty could care less about problems and did NOTHING TO COMPENSATE cuz we paid through Expedia. Complete BS!!!
