Spend the money for somewhere else

The hotel is in the middle of an renovation which it badly needs. The staff was nice. Room could look alot better. The room looked old, dirty, we didn't feel comfortable but stayed anyway. Glad we brought our own towels and slippers. For the amount we paid I rather end up paying $10 more to a better hotel. I wouldn't recommend.

Didn't have hot water to shower, and no offer of an adjustment because of it. I was a bit annoyed at that.

I got what I paid for. Comfortable room, clean enough. Nothing fabulous. Good price, good location. I would go back again.

We were on the 2nd floor and the room above us was noisy all night.

A pleasurable experience.

Our trip went off without a hitch. The hotel was exactly where I thought it would be, easily accessible and near the attraction that we'd come to town for. The staff was very kind and helpful and even pointed us towards a great place to dine before our concert.

Enjoyed my stay

I was in Kansas City for a convention and I really enjoyed my stay. My uber was about 10 minutes to the convention center and it wasn't too far from the airport. Breakfast was good and the rooms were clean.
