Cons: Cleaning. Update furniture, drapes and bedding.
Room appeared clean but had a dirty, old smell. Don’t know if the carpets and drapes and furniture needed shampooed and cleaned or what. Feel there were fewer choices of breakfast items as well. Liked the bus shuttle to the Vols game. This is the third year we have stayed here. Feel like the condition of the rooms are on the decline. Will look for another option for next year.

Definitely will stay again!

Went there for a Tennessee football game. Checked in late without any problems and the front desk staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and a lot nicer than we had expected for the money, with full size fridge, sink and microwave, plus a large balcony. Went down in the morning to try out the breakfast and expected the usual muffins and cereal but found eggs, sausage and biscuits which were great and they had a great attendant named Brenda that was making the food and running around checking on guest to make sure everything was good. We were also suprised to find they had a shuttle service available to take guest to the game and pick them up for $20.00 round trip, which was great because we didn't have parking at the game and didn't know where we were going to park the then have to walk. I hate giving them such a great review because now everyone will want to check them out, but they are definitely my game day destination.

What?

Had to cancel my credit card within hours of handing it to an employee ( first time in over a year I had used it anywhere) . Hard not to believe there is a connection. It has vending and ice on second floor only. It is an extended stay, so people are " living" for weeks there.

OK, dirty room, but overall great experience

The stay was something quick and easy to have. just need somewhere to lay your head, take a shower, and run back out.

Ok in a pinch

The hotel is in a good location near I-75 and restaurants and shopping (poor roadside signage, but could see it from the road behind other buildings), but our room in particular was not well cleaned, the door did not shut properly (we had to pull it shut to fully close it), and the air conditioning had a musty smell. We mentioned it at the desk and the desk rep came in and sprayed the room with air deodorant. We bought some ourselves and still couldn't get rid of the smell. After a few days the smell was getting into our clothing. We asked about another room but were told that none were available. Would have given a better overall rating except for the problem with the air conditioning smell.

Mediocre hotel, but very helpful staff

Got up to our room and it was still dirty, so we went back downstairs to let the woman at the front desk know. The whole hotel was booked so she told us it would be a 30 minute wait to have the room cleaned. However, someone called to cancel a reservation and we got bumped up to a suite for no extra charge. It was nice of her to do that for us.

Check in went smoothly, but upon entering the room there was an awful musty/moldy odor. The bathroom smelt like cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room. Our remote batteries were dead, and then lady at the front desk said they didn't have any. The next day we needed more towels, and the cleaning lady said she didn't have any extra at the moment. Later that night we asked again- the man at the front desk said he'd bring them up and never did. The dishes were not very clean and I wanted to hand wash them but there was no dish soap. The only plus side was the balcony and the bed was pretty comfy- not like Hilton, but good enough. Overall, I was pretty disappointed.
