Under Renovation But Still Terrific

Pros: The terrific, helpful staff.
Cons: Finish the renovations.
Location: What else to say - it's Las Vegas!
Manager Brady Do was extremely helpful. Rest of staff were terrific, especially Hillary. Ongoing renovations were a little annoying. Hotel was hard to find at first. Overall, our stay was great.

Hotel under renovation

The hotel is under renovation so the carpet was dusty. And the hot water took an hour to get hot. The hotel staff was friendly but I was told that maintenance wouldn't be able to check the problem at night. I wasn't too pleased with my stay here.

Hotel is undergoing a refresh, but the hotel staff

Pros: Friendly hotel staff. The room was large and very comfortable.
Cons: Once the refresh is done, it will be great.
Location: Rather out of the way (no Las Vegas traffic). Nothing within walking distance, but the Cracker Barrel was just a few minutes drive away.
Friendly hotel staff. Room had a few minor problems which are slated to be fixed. The room was large and very comfortable.

Interesting location

The hotel is located between I-15 to the east, railroad tracks to the west, and Air Force to the south with noise from them. It's a little far from the strip. Other than that hotel was great.

filthy carpet in hallway and in room.

Pros: clean comfortable bed. heating/cooling system was good
Cons: replace dirty carpet and repaint walls
Location: hotel was very difficult to find.
the carpet and walls in hallway were filthy. We almost turned around and left but it was late. Room carpet was also filthy. however, the bed was comfortable and clean. Hotel was very hard to find. sort of under expressway. why would anyone build a hotel in this locations is beyond me.

I understand this location is a bit confusing to get to, we have an excellent front desk staff that are wiling to help you with directions if lost. Close to the freeway

Pros: Location
Just passing through the area and needed a place to sleep. This met our needs. The hotel was being renovated during our stay but the areas being worked on were well contained and not bothersome.

what a great room...

I didn't have much expectation, but it made me surprised. First was location. It is located along with big commercial storage and business park next to the highway. Technically, no stores are nearby. Second was room. The room is very clean and spacious for 4 of us. Third was breakfast. Continental breakfast is very well balanced of nutrition and variety. Overall, my family agreed we were staying good lodging place for this trip. We were happy about this Inn

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

Pros: The staff.
Cons: The room had a smell in it. Housekeeping inserted a deodorant in the unit so it is obviously a problem.
Location: Nothing.
The staff was very nice and the room and breakfast were okay. They are renovating so pool etc. was closed. The location is the problem--in a heavy industrial neighborhood right by a freight train and an air force base so trains and airplane noise was really loud.

Pros: Convienence
Cons: Soundproof windows
Location: Far enough from the strip to be family friendly but close enough for parents to get to
Great - just a little too close to the railroad tracks, otherwise a great stay!

Mattress was horrible, and no effort to address

Mattress was horrible -- two nights of bad sleep. Overall, it was a very nice pace to stay. The room was very nice and clean and the hot breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, the mattresses was horrible. When I mentioned to the front desk clerk, she acknowledged they need to be replaced and said, yeah, sorry we're working on renovating and haven't gotten to all the floors yet. I asked about a partial credit, and she said she couldn't do anything because it was booked through hotels.com. I didn't have time to argue or pursue. I don't like it when someone throws it back at me to make me do the work.
