Easy access and employees were very friendly!

Easy check in on arrival, the staff at front desk was very friendly. I never once saw any of the cleaning staff but they kept everything spotless. I was very impressed.

A decent place to stay for the price. Lovely lobby. We were told upon arrival that we'd been upgraded to a suite, but the room needed some attention to detail. No hook on the bathroom door, just holes in the door. No cover on the ironing board. No door below the sink in the kitchenette, so all the pipes were exposed.

Bathroom tub did not drain, bathroom door did not shut well. Entry light was flickered so bad you could not use it. Room needed a bit of TLC.

Close to Convention Center and freeway.

Everything was nice and clean except tub. We bought cleaner. Looked like it was over looked on last cleaning.

Inexpensive and Average

You could tell this was a renovated building. The stairways smelled like mold or mildew and the elevator had an unpleasant odor as well. The decor was nicely updated and the room was comfortable. Our neighbors above us were extremely loud, but shut up in time for bed each night. The pool area didn't have towels, so we decided not to use it. The breakfast was below average. The eggs and breakfast meats were definitely microwaved and somewhat gross. The biscuits and gravy were uneatable and the yogurts were all expired. The cereal was also stale. The smoothie place next door made it much more bearable. For the price, it was a fairly good value. It was also close enough to the places we needed to go and getting an Uber was cheap.

Room was very comfortable and the Employees at check in were very nice. Breakfast the first morning, not so good. Breaker went off and nothing worked. We did not have time to wait. so after 20 mins. we left. Breakfast the 2nd morning was good. Maid did not clean the room or leave towels.

Other than the fact that the inner door was locked at night like someone was going to rob the place and one of the sheets had several spots. Didn't know if the sheets were stained or dirty. Other than that, it was a really nice hotel with friendly staff and comfy beds. We would probably stay again if in the area.

The hotel's location is kind of weird, the google map will have hard time to find it! The breakfast is ordinary. Nothing fancy in it! Expected much better.
