Nice hotel close to Cracker Barrel and Baptist Med

Stayed for a softball tournament. Great facilities, clean, comfortable room.

It was all good until we switched over

I actually stayed herevthen checked out andwenr across the parking lit to residence Inn everything went well at Fairfield end but not as well with Residence Inn

Dolly shortage mars almost perfect visit.

Pros: Breakfast was great. Computer chair comfortable. Air conditioner quiet.
Cons: Need a least 4 dollys.
Location: Near I-40. Many good restaurants nearby.
Visit was perfect except for departure. Waited 15 minutes for a luggage dolly to appear. Only 3 on site; hotel this size should have 4. Two turned up being used by customers. Manager finally found the third with no explanation. We think it was being used by the staff. Also, clerk could not find restaurant list. We later found it on the hotel website.

Read Reviews Carefully

I will not be going back. I waited 10 minutes for someone to check me in and they only came after i went to my car and called them from my cell phone. For amenities it had restaurant and nightclub and neither in the hotel but the restaurant was on site a few feet from the entrance never saw nightclub. Overpriced in my opinion.
