Antiquated A/C, system in the room at bed’s level blowing air in guest’s face.TV channels are not identified on the TV guide’s screen only 4 channels are named, two of them with bad reception. Printed TV channels list in the drawer was outdated. Employee who came to the room said she can’t bring an updated list as her shift’s ended! Fan in the bathroom constantly blowing even when bathroom is not in use, extremely noisy. Price/ Value is totally out of order.

The staff are a real group of professionals. Check was performed by Azrienne without a flaw. There was help provided whenever requested. The hotel is located on Biscayne Blvd, central to eating and shopping. A great stay if you're on business travel or just hanging out for a few days.

Since we used to live nearby, staying in this hotel was like going back home, to all the familiar places and streets. Also, the staff made us feel very much at home. Great experience. We will definitely return next time we are in Miami

Overall an average hotel. During a 5 day stay no automatically scheduled towel refreshes & overall room recleans. Had to get new hotel card key twice because door scanner had issues. Felt safe & not necessarily dirty. Staff is nice.

Clean property with plenty of amenities. Restaurant attached was very good! Room had a sliding door/window that didn’t seem to shut all the way. Very noisy traffic.

1st room walked in, looked clean but had a strong urine smell. Changed rooms and was better, but after the scent spray wore off it had the same, altho not as strong urine scent. Don't know if it's pets or ?, but i will never stay there again.

The staff is really nice and accommodated my request for a quiet room. You have a restaurant on site, but there is also whole foods next door.
