You can definitely tell there has been some renovating going on… the one elevator for 16 floors was TERRIBLE check out was a hassle due to only having one elevator! Overall vacation was good my daughter didn’t want to leave

Nice for ocean front property. Kitchen appliances we up to date Bedrooms and bathroom not up to date furniture dated and not upscale. We stayed in tower A trash was outside of doors for 2 days down hall we didn’t have any house keeping towels were dinghy… I’m glad we bring our own linen and towels The elevators were broke only one operable so had wait til went up 16 floor then pass back down so had do that like 3 times before you get on… just so inconvenient. I felt bad for some senior citizens and got off a time or 2 to allow them on!!! On front desk lady on Friday night was rude to a couple people with her harsh tone. Not to me and my party Has good potential just need to renovate

The proximity to the beach and ocean cannot be beat. The 2 bed 2 bath unit we stayed in was beautifully decorated, spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Unfortunately the construction going on at the resort diminished our ability to enjoy our unit and our balcony, which we weren’t allowed to use. Because I booked through a third party, I was not made aware of this. Additionally, the resort was still in its off season so many of the amenities I was looking forward to were unavailable. The resort was in a great location and I would love to give it another try when there isn’t construction going on and more amenities are open.

Stayed in #513A. Room was obviously old and in need of renovation. Breakfast was way more expensive than I read on the web. May have been Expedia's fault. The refrigerator sounded like a helicopter whenever it turned on. All the staff we interacted with were great. Bed was average comfort. Pools were great, as was the beach.

The Oceanview was amazing. Pools and hot tub were plenty big enough. We went during off season and wish we would've known that there was only one place to get food on the grounds. When we first checked in, we were shocked at the state of our room. I know that pictures on the website don't represent the whole of the condos at the resort. However, the condo we were given was appalling and gross. Air vent was covered in dust, mold in the bathroom, carpet felt wet, there was no way we could stay. Luckily the front desk accommodated a change in condos and very pleasant about our concerns. We had a good stay for the remainder of the week but checkout was difficult. Left the room an hour before check out to wonder multiple floors to try to find an elevator that worked and would connect us to the lobby. We ended up having to call the front desk and asking for help. They sent someone up to help us and the maintenance guy told us all the elevators went down that morning. There were no signs up, the floor plan was very confusing how the elevators connected the floors and buildings. Our guide had to help multiple guest en route to check out as well. When I told the front desk that they needed to put signs up about the elevators for their guests the lady told me it wasn't their job it was the maintenance of the condo. I was baffled because as a guest, we don't have contact with the maintenance, I couldn't take my concern to them. We won't be coming back, nor recommending this place, ever.

The elevators are being replaced which we are very excited about as this is a huge benefit for all of the guests. The indoor pool is also be renovated and we are hoping to have it back in January. This building needs a major upgrade. Oh and be prepared, there is a $200 refundable security deposit. Our room had a great view and nice kitchen area. But the air handler was so loud all night.

PRO- Great location in that it’s close to Barefoot Landing. Great view from every room. The way the hotel is laid out, everyone gets a great view of the ocean. Lots of parking available. CON-Rooms are pretty dated. Not a major problem for us as we don’t spend much time in the room. Our room also had some mold issues around where the AC comes out. Phone in bedroom didn’t work either which normally wouldn’t matter but we had a security issue in the middle of the night and it took almost 10 minutes of googling to find a # to call the front desk so having a working phone in our room would have been great in that moment. Limited food options available. Went into the entertainment center restaurant and there was no staff. Not sure if they are struggling to find people or what the deal was there. We tried twice going in with no luck. So just kinda gave up on that option. I’d recommend stocking up on what you need at the store or go out to eat. Went to enjoy a drink at the pool bar after a few hours on the beach. There were no posted times on it, so we asked a staff member when it opened and her response was they open when someone shows up. So that was less than helpful. Finally got a drink an hour later and there were ants in it. Took it to back to the bartender and she acted as though she didn’t believe us. But then remade the drink when she saw one floating.

Nice family resort
Enjoyed our stay. Had family entertainment and pools were very nice.Only complaint was there weren't hardly any carts to carry our belongings on. When i asked about a cart my answer from an employee was "They all must be on the upper floors, sorry." Really???? My grandson and myself had to make 3 trips to get our stuff packed.
