Incomplete Room

Checking to room day 1 was fine but day 2 was not what I paid for. Room was not cleaned...bathroom was not cleaned. They made bed and put in new bath towels but that's all. They provided no hand towels, no shampoo, no lotion, no soap bars, no Kleenex, no toilet paper, no coffee packages, no coffee cups, no plastic water cups...the cleaning staff did not clean or refresh/replenish anything other than a couple bath towels. For the price I paid; I expect everything to be updated, cleaned & replenished. I won't be staying at this hotel again.

Okay Stay

We stayed here for four nights and from previous reviews it sounded fine, although I must say it wasn't the cleanest facility. The carpets aren't vacuumed since there were a lot of crumbs and dust mites along side the sides of the bed and behind the drawers. I would hope to believe the towels and sheets we were given were clean, although there were various yellow stains on most of our linen. I also hate to say that we experienced a cockroach that crawled along our walls and behind our drawers, which is how we identified that they weren't cleaning the carpets. I mean I can see why they ended up there in the first place. Other than that, the room was okay. We were there for a lot of our stay so it could have been better. The other complaint I suppose I have would be the staircase which smelt like urine. It was extremely muggy in these stairwells, which were carpeted and also not cleaned. It was a very chocking experience walking up and down those stairs, since they only had one slow paced elevator. I hope this helps

Staff service

Pros: The rates for the quality!
Cons: STAFF, Cleaning
Location: A little hard to find, lots of things to do near by!
They were very low on help, we didn't get our room cleaned the second night were there, also our room was missing some furniture. The carpet in the hallway could have used a cleaning. The lady at the front desk in the evening was very helpful. I was told I should get a discount on my room but I had to go through Expedia!

Nice Hotel, Great Staff

We were only here for a day due to our vacation being cut short... The pool was small but seemed mixed. Hotel was clean, staff was nice. Breakfast had a nice variety. Nice part of North Myrtle. Near shops not far from the beach.

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible, room wasn't clean, no toilet paper no toiletries and one of the beds was collapsed in the center, it was like sleeping in a bowl. I guess they had been renovating it, part of the ceiling was in the floor, I had to vacuum it up, and debris was in the bathtub, looked kind of like caulk

Needs repairs and an upgrade

Overall the place looked like a run down motel trying to be a inn. Also the Elevator got stuck twice, and one of the staff said that was normal.
