Excellent location

Nice view and near to sea . Night time crab hunting was fun . Value for money , don't expect to be super clean .

Seedy little place.

Pros: The staff
Cons: Everything - cleaner, more updated facilities
Location: Right on the beach
The one redeeming quality is that the staff is very nice. But the facilities themselves are gross. Everything feels dirty, the shower had hair in it when we arrived, all the appliances are very old and outdated. I would not stay there again. If all you care about is walking right out onto the beach, then this may be the place for you but if I'm paying to stay somewhere it would have been worth it to pay a little more for a nicer experience.

At least it has a beach - pricey for what you get

This is a really old, dump of a building. The 1 bedroom mini condo that I had for almost $300/night was dingy with a small, beat up bathroom and had old, beat up furniture in the living room space. The bedroom rug and the linens smelled so bad, it was difficult to sleep. I bought extra strength Febreze, which only mildly helped. The balcony is deep enough to stand on, but if you want to sit, you have to turn sideways. A large person might not fit at all. The pluses: It is ocean front, the pool seemed pretty clean, and the kitchen seemed pretty clean. As for the desk staff, the young man who checked me in was very nice, but the older man that I spoke to about checking out wouldn't even look up from his computer at me.

It was alright, the location is perfect, right on the beach. Wi-Fi sucked and dishes were sticky. Beds were comfy

Worst Hotel on the Beach

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Rusty staircases, mold in the kitchen which made me very sick due to allergies. My son had to fix the stove. The balcony was so small and narrow it want safe to have children on. The furnishings were old and dirty. You had to wait forever for the elevator. By far the worst hotel on the beach. Not at all what it appears to be in the photos. We were cramped with 2 people in a room for 4 . The pool was closed everyday due to someone throwing up in it or even worse. Horrible experience

Hidden Gem right on the beach

Small cozy condo perfect for a couple. Great staff was very helpful and the location was ideal. The condo is abit dated but the great price I got more than made up for it. The only con I can say is the wifi can be sperattic at times but everything else is what I excepted for the price. I will book this place again when another bargain comes up.
