Family fun

The unit itself was great for our family. Plenty of BRs for us to all get ready at the same time ( lots of water pressure), 4 bedrooms with plenty of room. The living room/ eat in kitchen area was spacious with plenty of room for all of us to gather ( no unnecessary furniture taking up room). The modern washer/dryer was great for all our towels. Pool was never crowded during our week - we had it all to ourselves the first few days. The only real negative was the tight parking and no information on where we could park elsewhere for the week. The place would be perfect if the management would clean up the outdoor space a little ( paint patio, landscape, paint stairway, landscape a little). And on day 6 we saw big black bugs in our kitchen cabinets and bathroom...not cool - thank god we didn't know until our last night there.

I would of left a better review except the first unit we had chosen, we found the living room furniture did not have any feet on and was sitting directly on the floor. When we contacted the realtor we had to wait 2 hours before we was sent to another unit.

Convenient and clean Beach Condo

Smart, modern, cleanly decorated and easy in and out and right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. Had a question about deck furniture and maintenance was there in a jiffy with a brand new umbrella and table. Great service. Don’t forget to bring the beach towels and chairs. City of MB charges $45 a day for a 2 chairs and umbrella set up.

Nice size and pet friendly. Skimpy on pots, pans, and cookie sheets. Sliding glass door does not close all the way. Couch and chair extremely low to the floor. Blinds in master missing slats. Alright overall could use a few repairs.

Good but could be better

Great location and pet friendly. Four bedrooms worked great for us. Bathrooms were nice. Sliding door to balcony did not close all the way. Only two small plastic chairs on balcony, could use a few more sturdy ones. The cookware leaves a lot to desired and needs replaced. And as everyone else has mentioned the parking situation when multiple guests there is atrocious. The blinds in the master and for the living room sliding doors need to be fixed or replaced. The couch and chair are entirely too low to the floor.
