Pros: Room size
Cons: Parking garage is small and hard to maneuver.
Location: Seaside is located right on the beach in North Myrtle Beach. Plenty of family fun activities near by.
A great hotel/condo room. Plenty of space and a full kitchen and laundry. Right on the beach is a plus!!!

Very com for table sleeping and living arrangements. Lots of space Furniture could be replaced. Real nice views of the beach Very nice beach I like crystal blue pool water theirs wasn't

Right on a quiet part of the beach

Overall a quiet week away. Somewhat frightening experience when we had to evacuate due to a possible fire scare and the fire alarm wasn't sounded in our room. We called to the desk where we were told to "clear out the room". There didn't seem to be a clear plan in place. The all clear was given by the fire department as well as an announcement we could hear clearly in our room. On the last day a rowdy group checked in next door to us which did damper an otherwise quiet and comfortable stay. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and attentive. The pool area could use some maintainence and a fresh coat of paint. The location was right on the beach and our family really enjoyed spending time there. I may think twice about returning only due to the people that checked in next door to us and the slow response by the front desk to get it under control.

We do apologize for any inconvenience ypu may have experienced. Our alarm is set to alarm the area that is immediately threatened first and moves, in sections, away warning guests. It is set up this way to prevent everyone overwhelming the stairways and hallways at once and has proven to be safer for our guests. The issue was found and addressed rather quickly in this instance so the alrams were turned off before making it though the entire building. We will definitely share your comments with our staff so that they are all aware of our process and how to address our guests questions and concerns. We have also had our team address the issues down around the pool area as this is not the experience we want our guests to have. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback and we hope that you will give us another chance.

It was amazing. Everyone was very friendly. Would definitely recommend it to everyone. Ocean view room was the best. Room was very clean and house keeping did an amazing job everyday. Having a whole kitchen set up as well as a washer and dryer made it very convenient and made it feel like you were right at home.

We will definitely address this with our staff to ensure that the correct information is being given. It was very hard to get to due to all the construction of piping throughout the whole area of Ocean Blvd. from the map it was closest to 25 th st, but we went down multiple streets near the hotel on the map, both directions from 31st to 21 st. and there were only access to the hotel at the end of that street and no way to go down a block so we did a LOT of backtracking going down multiple streets trying to find one without a dead end. Finally 21st street allowed us to get over to OUR hotel .
