"The rooms are nice and clean"

"Holiday Inn Cleveland clinic is located about two blocks from the main campus. A shuttle is available for Guest to take you to the hospital starting at 4:15 AM. This was a great service and provided ease of mind of getting to the hospital. Valley parking is available, and we chose to use that so we didn’t have to deal with driving and parking every day. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable, and the pillows great for sleeping. The only thing I wish they would add is better Wi-Fi and a greater selection of channels on TV. Other than those two items, it was a great stay "

"I'm a local Ohioan from the area, but I stayed at Sonesta with my partner from Mexico. Our room was very clean, the halls were spotless, room utilities were easy to use, and our needs were covered. Front Desk Staff were around to help us even very late at night, and they were always friendly, understanding, and willing to work with what we needed. Fellow tenants were kind, and the clean staff was also very polite and patient. I had no real expectations when I booked since it was my first time, but I was exceedingly pleased with my experience. An unforgettable part of our vacation was returning to Sonesta every night. Thank you, Sonesta Staff!!!"
