We were supposed to stay at Ashley Inn in Tillamook but due to a malfunctioning GPS we ended up at the Lincoln City Ashley Inn. The staff at the front desk went above expectation to help us. Very friendly. Room was warm, bed was comfortable. Breakfast next morning was excellent. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!!

Hospitality by reception desk personnel was excellent. Breakfast was an egg McMuffin - no juice or other food items was possible. Fire alarms kept repeatedly going off beginning at 4 am every few minutes. Elevator was not working. Roku TV system was complicated and not usable by us. This should be replaced with something else.

Hotel did not post on Expedia listing that it was under construction, the elevator was broken and that the pool/spa were drained and not in use. The floor in my room was super dirty with tons of dust/debris visible under the bed (no bed skirt) and food crumbs under table when I checked in. The staff was super nice and responsive, but just can't really recommend this place in its current condition- wish I had known would have stayed in the next town.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever been in. The place smells bad. The cost of the nights stay of $233 is between sinful and criminal. There are virtually no amenities. No vending machines. The only breakfast available is 4 or 5 choices of a breakfast sandwich that we had to select the night before. The TV channels are nothing but very old reruns. Obviously the owners are trying to get as much cash as possible before selling the place. Disgraceful and disgusting. It hasn’t been updated since at least 30 years, likely more. Both the hotel and Expedia should be ashamed.

We did like the pool and the fact it was convenient to everything like food and the grocery. Cons were that it was totally an average hotel We did not care for the breakfast sandwiches at all. You had to order and pick up at a certain time and they seemed kind of stale and they definitely needed more breakfast options. All I can say is that’s the best you’re going to get in a small town like Tillamook.

Very basic hotel. Nothing fancy, nothing really wrong other than the pool was *very* cloudy. Hot breakfast in a bag was a little odd too (with only 4 options to choose from--no options for allergies at all).

Staff was friendly and efficient. Coffee provided at the lobby was good. I didn’t like the strong scent sprayed in the stairways. The room was just average, lacks lighting, should have curtain that allows natural light in but provides privacy. Bathroom floor had soft areas that may indicate wood erosion. Shower knob had creaking sound when turned. It would be better to provide small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap & lotion instead of refillable containers that don’t look that clean.

Check in was quick and professional. Learned that my cell phone could wipe door cards which explains a few things over the years. It's a nice location close to the dairy of course but also several beaches. I slept very well.

We have been to Ashley multiple times and appreciate the remodeled room and the friendliness of the staff. We do hope that Ashley brings back the sit-in breakfast. The 4 grab-and-go options aren't great and

If we had known ahead of time that they were in the middle of a remodel we would not have stayed in this hotel. The breakfast was either a burrito or an English muffin with eggs, not at all like the pictures. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room was dated.

They were remodeling so some things were still in disarray but nothing bad. It was obvious they had just cleaned our room and it was very clean. In their haste in getting the room ready for our stay they forgot to hang the shower current so I had to ask for one. Breakfast was good as well as the coffee. Bed was very comfortable. Could have used bigger pillows. I would probably stay there again if in the area.

The check-in process was terrible. The first room they gave us was not cleaned up. On the second room the key didn't work and when they did let us in, it was not clean either. But they did upgrade us. The room was fine but the hallways and lobby were pretty dirty.

Very no frills, Light bulb missing out of a bathroom fixture, My wife hung a town on the town rack and the rack fell. I guess that didn’t work. No coffee pots in rooms, Had to go down to first floor in the morning. Breakfast had to be ordered the night before and 4 options only they given in Paper Bags at the front desk in the morning, No juice either. Other that that, it was a place to put your head on a pillow. There is a pool but did not use it.

4th of July Fun
Ashley Inn is a very nice place to stay in Tillamook. They are in the midst of renovation, but overall it was very nice. Very comfortable bed. Had to order breakfast the night before and it had to be picked up at the front desk in paper bag because the dining hall is being renovated. Little disappointed that they didn't have a hot tub, but the pool was nice. They staff (especially Norma) were all really friendly and out-going. We had a very pleasant stay. I would return if I ever need ot stay in Tillamook again.

The "hot cook to order" breakfast was not as I expected. It was an order from five choices, microwaved, and bagged, to be ready at the time specified the night before. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The fitness room has one peleton and one treadmill.

Pros and Cons
Pros: The beds were really comfortable and I loved that there was a fridge/freezer and microwave in the room. The room was spacious and clean. Cons: Super disappointed in the breakfast options, and complimentary breakfast was one reason I chose this place because we were traveling with kids and it’s easier to have breakfast in the hotel and then get out the door without having to stop somewhere else. It was a to go bag that you had to order the night before. Options were really limited (I.e. one English muffin, a sausage sandwich, or a breakfast burrito). No other sides were available. There were absolutely no drinks for kids as they only had coffee and tea (no juice, milk, or hot cocoa). When we got breakfast after our first night stay, they only included butter with the English muffin and said there was no jam. The second day we were at least able to get jam with it, but still not a great breakfast. The laminate floor in our room was breaking apart/peeling up a little so you had to be careful on your way to the bathroom so you wouldn’t cut your foot/step on the sharp part. Hopefully, they will fix this soon because otherwise, the room was pleasant. The pool looked nice but we didn’t make it down to check it out, so I can’t rate it.

We had a quick stop in Tillamook. Quick check in and staff was friendly. Hotel under Reno’s. Pool was cold and couldn’t go in. One bed was good and one was squeaky. Gym consisted of 1 treadmill and 1 bike and 2- 3lb weights. Coffee/tea/breakfast sandwich available for breakfast.
