The room type that was booked is our economy 1-queen bed room. You are correct, the size of the room is "small" and normally has a regular queen size bed free standing in the room which limits the space. A few of the exact room type and dimensions we have removed the standing queen size bed and replaced it with the queen murphy bed which as you noticed has an actual queen mattress on the platform of the murphy bed when it is pulled down. Same quality mattress as our other queen beds. The murphy concept allows for spaciousness and a small sofa to sit on during the day and the bed for use at night. The cost of the room will remain the same as the room is the room type and dimensions. In the future you can request a non-murphy bed single queen economy room.Thank you again for your feedback.Keep living in your JOY!

That is normally not our way of caring for our guest; we will improve upon that for check-ins. I did notice the room booked for your reservation through a third party was the ADA room.
