Decent Hotel, Reasonable Price

I was looking for a hotel near Sanford airport because I had an early flight the next day. This fit the bill. 3 miles to airport, several restaurants in the area. It is an older place but well maintained. Room was clean, free wifi. Front desk clerk at check in was very nice and helpful. I arrived 2 hours before check in and she had no problem giving me a room.

Bad hotel

Hotel lost power during hurricane Irma. They couldn't accommodate any guest

Great staff, not so good conditions

I book a room for one night here so we could be close to the airport since we had to be on the plane back home in the morning. The room we ended up getting had bed bugs in it. The front desk clerk Imran handled the situation great and is a great guy. He lead me through the process in order to get my full refund.

I had to sleep in a smoking room which I'm not a smoker and plus the room was really dirty

A great night with a great price near the airport

At first I was a bit concerned with the after hours check in as my flight was late, but the night staff was really nice and helpful. He showed me that there are Security cameras in the parking lot so my rental car would be safe. The doors to the room face outside so people were not running up and down the halls. There is no breakfast but RIGHT NEXT DOOR (Use a joining parking lot) is an IHOPS!! Less than 2 miles either way is a walmart/shopping court/ DQ/ restaurants!! New Samerna beach (ocean) was 45 min away thanks to the managers suggestion. We were able to take our rental car back on the 2nd day of our trip since we would only need it to get to the airport on the 3rd day (saved $60) and was able to use the taxi from the airport to the hotel for $14 and then back to the airport for $10 when I arranged it with the hotel!! He was waiting for us with his van. We gave a tip of $3. Our 3 day/2 night stay was great. Friendly service for a low key Iowa mom and daughter. The hotel might not have frills and extravagant things, but it was exactly what we needed to feel safe and clean while we were on a short adventure. I am going to use them next year if we go back to Florida.

Close to little lake and airport

Room was a little iffy and the other guests looked s little questionable but it was quiet and convenient.

Older hotel, bad clients

Woken up by screaming, bloody man at 4am beating on the doors and windows down the corridor we were located. Then, air patrol, 6 cop cars, 6 foot officers, a night manager, and guests out their rooms. Was told this happens often by people who frequent a bar down the street.

Very small rooms...bed and pillows awful. Generally a dismal hotel.

It was average. Their were people outside smoking marijuana which was worry some as the also sounded drunk.
