Expedia still awaiting my refund

Was planning to stay at this facility for four nights, had to cut short, due to bed sheets and bathroom were not clean and there were some kind of stains. Talked to front desk staff, she told me EXPEDIA will /should refund me, however Expedia claims manager is not providing refund!!! I have been using Expedia for all my travels, but now I have to be careful with them Not a happy customer

The perfect service at the right spot

Pros: The Free breakfast and the cordiality of the staff.
Cons: The bed is too soft.
Location: Movies, Chinese food, Take out, dine out, walk in parks, beautiful weather.
Chase Bank and Publix are right next to the Hotel. Plus there is a movie Theater, Chinese restaurant and more. There is a Target not to far.

Great location but we were not able to sleep

Great location. Had to get a very early flight in the morning. The air conditioner was extremely loud and we couldn't sleep all night. We will never stay there again!

Fantastic!

Pros: Cleanliness, the bed, the breakfast
Cons: "Night Light" for the bathroom. Make sure everyone on the staff can understand some basic English-or have cards in the rooms with translations.
Location: We were there for a family wedding. Centrally located near both the venue & the family's home, the price plus reviews got this hotel our business.
This hotel was fantastic. The staff was helpful and personable. It was a very clean hotel and the rooms were exactly the way a moderately priced hotel room should be. The bed was possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. My daughters, in their twenties, felt the same way. One thing I didn't appreciate is that the cleaning staff I encountered didn't speak any English. I don't mind communicating in a bi-lingual way with people who speak a different language from me. But, in this case, there was not one word that could be commonly understood and the information I needed went unanswered until I found someone who could understand me enough that gestures made communication possible. It took 20 minutes to find out that the light-blocking curtains were tucked behind the drapes. The breakfast included delicious, fresh waffles, eggs, fresh baked goods and the basics. I was very impressed. My only other wish is that there had been some kind of "night light" in the bathroom for night time visits. If I go back to the area I would definitely stay here again.
