Nice hotel

Saw 2 small bugs in bathroom. Room was clean but the roaches. Makes leary

Spacious, great staff, comfortable bed. At breakfast, the eggs were really eggs! I was pleasantly suprised

Quiet location

Pros: Cleanliness and amenities were good
Cons: Ice machine was hard to find
Good breakfast, lot of people and food was running low but replenished when asked.

Won't stay here again.

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Train your personnel to be customer service oriented.
Location: Applebees. Under NO circumstance go there to eat! Service was deplorable, food disgusting. Check Applebees Maitland reviews on Facebook.
The room we got was located on the farthest corner of the building, which made us walk a long way to get there. I had knee surgery recently so I try to avoid walking long distances like this one. I went back to the lobby and asked the receptionist for another room, explaining my situation. She said they were full, but contradicted herself immediately saying that she could move us to another room IF WE CLEANED OUR ROOM FIRST because the cleaning crew was not on duty (9:40 PM). Not believeing what I heard, I asked her again if she really was saying that we should clean the room, and she said "yes, you have to clean it". She went on saying that breakfast time was between 7:30 am - 10:30 am. We did not clean the room, satyed there, and I took an antiinflamatory pill that day. Next day, we came down for breakfast at 10:00 am and the kitchen crew, with a rude attitude, said to us that they were closed. We explained what we were told, and replied "we close at 10:00 AM. There's no such thing as 10:30 am". That's it, we complained, grabbed our stuff, and left the place. The poor customer service we obtained was enough to scratch it from our list.

Our stay was comfortable and very good. the room had a lot of great amenties and we enjoyed our staff all the way from California.

Loved this place! It's so clean and has everything u need in it..GREAT guest service! Good breakfast and dinner...perfect for a family! Deffinatly will stay again!

Everything was good except only one elevator available to customers they had the other for construction. Very long wait for elevators especially when you are on the 6th floor

Very comfortable during 6 days I was there. I asked for rm close to elevator and was granted. Staff extremely nice.
