The bathroom was not very clean. The carpet felt dirty. It’s next to a busy road, so there was some noise I was not expecting. You have to pay for WiFi after 24 hours. There is a parking fee of $17 for one night. No complimentary breakfast. When I asked for a room change due to the bathroom condition and stain on the toilet seat they were “unable to accommodate”.

Such a disappointment, as soon as I walk in into the room there was a dead cockroach in the carpet , there were also multiple dots stains in the carpet , the windows and bathroom door were dirty , the fridge was leaking , the shower head was covered in mold , foul smelling water was coming out of the faucet , very bad experience.

I had a ward event so it was helpful to be at the same hotel as the event . I was in all a great stay for my event . But the breakfast buffet was charge , it’s not really an inconvenience. But I believe the Expedia page said it was included. Maybe something to clarify in the future .

I believe for a Sheraton the floors could have been a little cleaner the elevators were somewhat dirty the floors in general could have been cleaner too many stains and dirt not to be picky but the staff never told me there was a $17-18 fee to park they just said if I have a car my key would give me access to the parking and I found out when I checked out also the guy at the counter never told me I needed to keep the key to get out the parking lot just small things but I don’t like hidden costs and I understand if it was a mistake but they should have told me when I checked in.. just my input hopefully this helps with your review process

The room was disgusting.
The first room had gad stuff all over the bed sheet.
They told me the room was just renovated.
I felt i was being punked. This is the sheridan.
So then they put me in a different room bed sheet with holes al over.
The rest of the hotel look nice.

You have to pay for parking on their own lot there is no where elese to park and no busiinesses nearby that would use their parking
