We had an amazing time at the Jardín! 10/10 would recommend, it is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was accommodating and friendly, dinner was a 5 star meal every night. Can’t go wrong with booking this place! Great deal for the quantity you are getting.

The room was sort of basic, but still nice and clean. The balcony and view were great. But what makes this hotel special was the food and the service. All personnel are somehow trained to greet you by name after the first day. That really isn't all that important to me, but it shows to what length the people are trained to make your stay special. There was a waiter at the beach bar, Kevin, whose service was exceptional. Everybody was great but this guy would run at a trot uphill several hundred yards if we wanted something he would have to get from the hotel back across the street. The food at the beach was fantastic, as was the main restaurant at the hotel. Really great food, including breakfast, and we like to go to two or three star Michelin hotels several times a year. This was of course not that kind of food, but it just all tasted great. Then there was our massage at the spa. Ours were administered by Yerling and Angie, both fully trained and certified physiotherapists, and it was heavenly. And healthy. We loved our stay. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel was better than we even expected. The room was great, nice view, the food was very good, breakfast buffet was excellent and what we didn’t expect- dinner was included. They have a shortcut through the property to the Main Street which gave easy access to shopping, beach and many restaurants. We didn’t want to leave!

This is a beautiful property. The landscaping is well maintained but if you are not a good walker, then be aware that there are many paths that connect the various buildings and rooms and quite a few hills and steps involved in getting from your room to the restaurant, pool, and reception area. These steps and paths make the property beautiful however, it was somewhat challenging for the friends that we were traveling with. I would go back here. Breakfasts were excellent. Dinners were ok but not as special. However, there are many dining spots in the town nearby that you can walk to if you choose to dine elsewhere.

A magnificent “adults only” experience. We indulged in morning yoga, a couples massage, and the breakfast and dinner were excellent. Some employee interaction highlights included a wonderful initial welcoming experience with Monserrate “Monsie”, the outdoor beach bar with Ricardo, and evening dining with Victoria. Sunsets from the lower pool area and beach were fantastic.

Book now!!! Jardin del Eden is immaculate. So beautiful and quaint. Breakfast and dinner is included and both were over the top delicious. Menu changes daily for dinner and we were going to go to a restaurant outside the hotel but each day we loved the menu. The beach bar was so much fun! Kevin the bartender was like an old friend that you couldn’t wait to see each day. The foliage at the property was magnificent. I am so happy we chose this beautiful place!!!! Thank you❤️❤️❤️

The grounds of this property are amazing and the access to a private beach area was a big plus. However, the bathroom was not a good experience. No exhaust, glass door (not much privacy) and a broken windows (if you open it to vent the bathroom, bugs will come in)

Great find and would absolutely come back. Customer Service: Prior to arrival I reached out about transportation and they responded quickly for assistance. The staff was so friendly and attentive. Upon arrival you get mimosas in the lobby and who doesn't want to kick off vacation this way! Our waiter Gerald was awesome during our stay and Eli was always helpful when we needed anything. Drinks & Dining Breakfast and Dinner are included and the dinner was EXCELLENT. Which I was surprised because sometimes inclusive food can be hit or miss. The drinks on property were really affordable which was an even better bonus! The views are beautiful and the property grounds are very well. maintained and scenic. Location: The location was PERFECT! You can walk to additional dining options, restaurants bars shopping and the beach in under 1 min. It's literally in the heart of a downtown area but the property itself feels like it in the mountains. The hotel has a private beach access across the street and then it connects to the strip of the beach with other hotels. If you want a cool hang out spot you have to check out

Spectacular property. Beautiful grounds, perfectly maintained. Everything was super clean. Rooms so nice. Breakfast and dinner included, food was fantastic. Great location, beach access, in center of town but felt like a private oasis. Spa treatments hands down fabulous. Yerling was a great masseuse. The staff was beyond wonderful, couldn’t do enough! I’m staying there every time I come back. Upscale resort - perfect! Do not miss! Great wifi and pool also!

This place is incredible! You feel like you are in the jungle of Costa Rica but then a short walk down the hotel's private access puts you right on the main street of Tamarindo and your private beach access. The hotel rooms and grounds are just beautiful. The food was also outstanding. The buffet breakfast changes daily and has made to order items. The chef's table dinners are 5 star! I will definitely be back!

Not a great stay.
I'm genuinely disappointed with the hotel experience. The photos online were misleading, showcasing rooms vastly different from what we actually got. Booking three rooms proved regrettable – one tucked in a corner next to a service shack, and the other two with a hazardous staircase upon entry, causing my parents to fall. The facility is notably compact, and the rooms showed significant wear. One even emitted a persistent urine odor, traced back to an AC unit containing old liquids. Questioning its claimed four-star status, the hotel felt more like a three-star. The only plus was its location. The food was average. Dinner entrees were modest, and they charged extra for a second one. Despite these issues, the staff demonstrated effort in addressing our concerns. Would not be back

This is a boutique hotel, smaller than the larger neighbors so focused on their guests and their experience. Two pools on site, with easy and private beach access...perfect for a morning or evening walk on the beach. Breakfast and dinner included, and all meals were creative and delicious. Absolutely beautiful property. We loved our “room” as it was private and stand alone with our own jacuzzi. One day while relaxing in it we saw a sloth in the tree above us!! The plants provided privacy and beauty. The staff were amazing! Booked us a rafting trip that was so much fun. A housekeeper and a maintenance man each stopped to show us animals they spotted! We had an amazing time here and highly recommend this property! The food was amazing, kudos to the chefs! We had the best breakfast, I’m still dreaming about the multi grain croissants! Sea bass at dinner was divine. Friendly bartenders and delicious strawberry mojitos. Large room and lovely bathroom. Easy drive into town. You will love this property!

This property did not disappoint. It looks better in person than in the photos. Our room was spacious, the bathroom well designed, and we loved that our private balcony came with a cabana and jacuzzi. Short walk to the beach where the hotel has a picturesque area reserved for guests including a pool and bar. Close shopping areas. We booked two tours directly from the hotel and they were great. We were pleasantly surprised by a little gift left in the room from the tour. Would like to have had more options for dinner, but overall very satisfied. I would stay again.

Beautiful little hotel. Staff was amazing!!! Rooms were nice and clean, property was beautiful. Beach area was great. Food at the restaurant was great. Really one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Just beware there are lots of stairs and this is not a good hotel if you have mobility issues.

Great stay at this hotel. Clean large room right by the pool area. Great breakfast in the am. Dinners were ok but included in the price of stay so that was nice. My favorite part was the pool area. Perfect temp water and iguanas chillin in the tree overhead eating leaves. Super relaxing.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here! They greeted us with drinks and cold towels on arrival and were always friendly and welcoming! The food was delicious but only two options for dinner each night, which can be tough if you are a picky eater. They did give us an opportunity to eat at another restaurant for one of our 4 nights which was a nice touch and allowed us to try more food in the area! The property was extremely well maintained and beautiful! Loved the pools and garden! Overall the main complaint I have is that the WiFi in the room was awful- they did have a computer to use in the lobby, but trying to look up anything on my phone before the day started was painfully slow.
