My wife and I were very pleasantly surprised by this property. My wife was a little worried by a couple of negative reviews but they were not well founded. This is a small property with probably less than 10 rooms so it feels special but our room was large. My wife enjoyed the fireplace and large soaking tub.
We arrived early in the day and they allowed us to check into our room early. They also were cool with storing our luggage on the day of our checkout. Location was central too. The free bus stop is about 50 feet from the lobby so getting to the resorts with your ski gear is convenient. You can very easily get to Main Street, Park City Resort, The Canyons, and Deer Valley. Will definitely stay there again.

great kitchen, washer/dryer and large dining room table. nice décor. bathroom OK, but no hair dryer and only one washcloth. The lamps were very hard to turn on and off due to the knob being round and slick. I finally just unplugged one in the bedroom to turn it off.
I arrived after the office was closed, but the person who answered the phone was very helpful with the scavenger hunt of finding envelopes and getting the codes to get into the room.
Enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is really a one bedroom condo. The ski area is about two blocks away. Downtown is farther. You need a car or the bus is available. The room was well laid out with two full bathrooms, a wood burning fire place, and a mud room type area next to the front door. Good for shedding your gear and putting up your skis, poles and boots. The facility did have a hot tub and sauna. They were in the basement and were well used. The sauna was fine, but the jets in the hot tub shut down after about 2 minutes. You also had to keep moving or the motion detector lights would go out. A good experience, easy to get to and close to A Fresh Market and Sports Authority. I'd stay again

We only stayed one night this trip but have determined to go back for an extended stay. The room was just right, with a little kitchenette and comfortable bed. We were able to open the French doors and let the cool night air into the room because the town is peaceful and quiet.

Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Our only complaints were that we were told there would be 2 twin beds in the second bedroom and it turned out to be one very cramped double bed. We also needed the sofa sleeper and even though we mentioned this when confirming our reservation there were no sheets provided. Since there is no front desk there was no way to get sheets. Otherwise, it was a great place with no stairs to climb.
