Expedia charged me top rate to include breakfast. But the hotel were told no breakfast included. Therefore I had to pay again for breakfast making it a very expensive holiday. 520bht crazy for breakfast in Thailand in an average hotel

Staff really friendly, clean, adequate price. Breakfast food good. We personally liked the location. Not in the busy area, but good connection when you have a motorcycle to jump on to then go and explore the city. Shower detached itself from the wall, but I called the reception and they send a handyman to fix it so no problem there. There was only one thing i didnt like, I was told I couldnt take coffee to my room after breakfast, a little shame as I like to take time drinking my cup of coffee :( but its a small personal thing i guess... Other than that I totally recommend it. Have a great stay!

Sewer issue. Stink from sink and elsewhere. Breakfast bad- saw worker pick a dead mosquito out of an egg and leave egg for customer. Saw a RAT run through the lobby- worker laughed.

What a pretty dump
Air c0nditioner broke down 2 times. Once was overnight and could not be fixed. There were no sockets to charge my phone near the bed-- They were across the room at the desk. The balcony was filthy. Hair in my shower and no hot water. Was the worst.

Lovely hotel in a great location, Staff very friendly and helpful. Only drawback was that when you had a shower the bathroom floor always flooded.

Great place to stay in Pattaya
Woodlands is a good deal. It is quiet yet close to the beach and action. The rooms and the pool/landscaping are attractive and everything is very clean. Gym is well equipped (for a hotel without a public gym) for weight training but only had one treadmill. The pool water is very clear. Nice balconies. Would advise 2nd floor for balcony with privacy and covering from sun and rain. Breakfast had a wide selection with good coffee and bread, two things that are not common in Asia. Western options are limited but they will make omelettes so good overall. Only downsides are the spa and restaurant (after breakfast) are closed so not realty a resort but both exist right to the left of the hotel. You get a 10% discount at the restaurant. Staff overall was friendly. Would stay again.

Great service .
Location was excellent on north pattaya. Breakfast was fantastic . Staffs were polite and helpful. Internet was not excellent . Internet should be improved . Highly recommended

No wai or Thai smile as a welome greeting
One thing you can usually be sure of is a traditional Thai welcome with a wai and the famous Thai smile! Well, not at Woodlands. The falling leaves on the walkways and the sunchairs are not cleaned and with the rain it make walking on the property somewhat unsafe. There should be signs of slippery floors. Please.

nice relaxing place
lovely and clean hotel the garden area is really well kip and the area where the pool is so nice that you can stay there all day with out a problem the staff is so nice and are happy to help you, they have to nice restaurant one French with some Vietnamese food what I tray and was good quality, the Italian is ok the pizza was nice for a change, and the cake place was please to relax, however is walking distant of everything, if you are looking for party is out side of the hotel.

Areal around the pools was a little tiered, breakfast was the same every day. Bacon was a pile of half cooked meat. Staff was nice and helpful. Resort had 2 pools but sadly non of them adult only, so screaming kids in both pools.

Great and friendly staff. Check in was smooth and fast. Nice pools and good breakfast selection. Toilet and hath room rather small. No bidet or hand held shower head. Most hotels in Thailand has it.

Beautiful hotel in good location
This is my new favourite hotel in Pattaya, I've stayed in many hotel there but this one is really beautiful, peaceful and elegant. Specially the pool connected room will give you very luxurious feeling. Food are amazing, staff are very polite and friendly, also very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Good small/medium hotel in good location
This was our second stay here - several years apart - the hotel is well located and has a secluded area back from the street. The hotel is in North Pattaya and away from the the busy areas but they are easily accessible by baht bus. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around the hotel. Rooms are clean and all have a balcony

Short visit to Pattaya
Good overall experience, and would stay in this hotel again. One thing was that there are no elevators, and our first room was on the third floor. I later extended for a day and had a ground floor room opening onto the pool, excellent. One thing missing, and a bit strange for a Thai hotel was the gun for washing after the toilet. Overall god experience and would stay again but I would request a ground floor room adjacent to the pool.
