Loud

I stayed (committed) for 3 nights of little sleep because it was very loud. Recommend a room on the top floor far away from the front desk and laundry room area.

Good value in Seattle

Inexpensive, clean, convenient, quiet. Not much of a breakfast but I wasn’t expecting any at all at this price.

Nice hotel and close to the U District

I stay at this hotel everytime I visit Seattle. My room was great, my only complaint was the phone didn’t work and the TV wasn’t hooked up properly. The staff was very prompt in resolving my issues and will definitely stay here again.

Everything is not good even check in. No one stand by at front desk. They need to do staff trainning how to serve the guest.

Gone down hill

Pros: Not a lot
We have stayed here before and it was okay. We weren’t expecting the Four Seasons. No ice machines, when we asked at the front desk. The desk explained that there were ice trays in the refrigerator. We explained they were empty and he said , “Oh.” We asked if we could get a tray from an un occupied room ne said,”No.” Floors were dirty. Roof was being replaced and the noise started at 7–about an inch from our window. Dicey Neighborhood has gotten dicier.

The hotel is well kept and the comradery among the staff made my stay a pleasant one. The roof was being worked on but the construction was very respectful of sleep and rest hours.

Our game time overnight stay

Pros: Quiet, clean, price.
Location: This is located a few miles north of the university but easy to get to. You won't be walking to other things to do,
We when come to Seattle for football, we aren't looking for elegance because we aren't at the hotel except to sleep. Extended stay was quiet, the staff was very pleasant, the price was great (in comparison to other hotels we've used), everything was very clean. We were pleased.

It was ok the outside lacked some maintenance. But I was only there to sleep the bed were a bit hard
