Outstanding service and courtesy from Andre who made all the difference. Modern very well equipped and secure apartments in neutral style with views from the upper floors. Good value for money. Handy parking in basement. Very good choice of restaurants and services in street and excellent bus service to Circular Quay centre in twenty minutes.The only issue is the noise from the road - secondary windows would stop this entirely. Would still recommend staying there.

Great reception. We were given ideas on where restaurants and groceries were. Everything we needed wothi. walking distance. Ferries short drive away The dryer does not work.

Our room was nothing like the photos, our 'view' was the water logged turfed roof of the building behind. Double bed too small for two of us, tiny bathroom near impossible to get in and out of the shower. For the price, just expected more.

The bathroom in room 313 smelled of sewage which pretty much lingered around the room too. I asked the receptionist on duty but nothing much was done. I was not really happy with the service.

Very happy customer!
We had a wonderful stay at Regis one bedroom apartment. Incredible views. Peaceful, very clean, well appointed, comfy beds, very spacious, we couldn’t really ask for more. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. They were very attentive. Highly recommended.

Great hotel with everything including loud traffic
Good size room that was very well laid out. Recently updated and very nice. So good to have washing machine, mini kitchen and all good amenities. But so loud from the traffic on the road with no respite. Such a shame. It is great to be next door to a supermarket and lots of eating options within a 5 minute walk. Bus stop at the front door is great too. Just so noisy and impossible to sleep.

Don’t believe the photos
Unfortunately the advertisements photos of the property are certainly very old, and do not depict a true reflection of the hotels current condition. Rooms extremely small, fitting 2 adults inside is a stretch! Room had a very musky smell and had an overall dusty and dirty feel. Bed linen was stained in numerous locations. Soap dispenser in shower either had VERY little soap amount in it, or you had to pump over 10 times just to receive a very minimal amount. Lounge was covered in stains and looked easily 10+ years old. Reception staff were somewhat helpful, but close at 7pm each day. Do yourself a favour and spend a tiny bit more money to stay else where, you won’t regret it.

The staff were very accommodating with my late checkin request due to the weather. They were also great with replacing an iron that wasn't working and storing our bags for us. All in all, a great stay in the suburbs.

I appreciated that they called me to say that the desk wasn’t open 24 hours but it took over 20 minutes for someone to answer the after hours number to get my key. Standing in the cold late at night in Sydney waiting for someone to assist me wasn’t a great experience. Rooms are dated - paint is chipping - water damage. I probably wouldn’t have cared if I wasn’t sure I would’ve been killed waiting for someone to answer the phone.

Won’t be using this accom again.
Very dated and extremely noisy (needs double glazing). Rooms fronting main rd very noisy. Bathroom needs updating, shower cubicle doors kept coming off runners, shower head fell off! No toasters (apparently available from reception). $35 a night extra for parking is very expensive, should be free! Only positive was that the reception staff were very friendly and polite.

The property set up a special bedroom for us. The set up was ideal for us, but perhaps the room hadn't been used for a while as there were some items that needed maintenance attention. We survived without this during our stay, but I trust that the staff will see that the problems we found will be corrected fairly quickly.

Concierge I found to be rude. I rang and said Id be early, then rang back and said no I won't be early, concierge said I'd have to apologise to the cleaners. I think they were joking, but I found it made me feel very uncomfortable. I didn't have to ring and give them notice that I wasn't arriving early, it was a courtesy and I didn't get the same courtesy back. Upon arrival concierge talked for 10 minutes with the person in front of me, when serving me, he said Í can see you're annoyed'. I found the attitude passive aggressive and not welcoming whatsoever.

Top friendly hotel in a great location.
This is a fantastic hotel in a top spot to explore the North Shore. The front of house staff are unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful. They truely want you to enjoy your stay. The view of the harbour was excellent. Buses to the city are outside the door of the hotel. We really appreciated the early check in and the warm welcome on arrival. There are lots of reasonably priced restaurants in close proximity. Thanks for a great stay . We will be back.
