Very nice and comforting, not too far from downtow

Posted Jun 30, 2017
Pros: has a kitchen and separate bedroom. It was comfortable.
Cons: we bought frozen pizza thinking there was an oven, to return to the room with no oven to cook our pizza so we had to leave and go buy dinner.
Location: location was easy to find, not far from downtown, just all the stop lights we hit on division haha
comfortable, felt like home. a little small but cozy.

Clean, comfortable, convenient, nice staff. I was charged for two rooms somehow but they were quick to correct it. It's in a very convenient location.

Not for everyone... or me.

Posted May 23, 2017
Pros: It was very clean.
Cons: It's a matter of who stays here and why. It's really for people who need a place for a month or so while working in the city or waiting for a house.
Location: Very close to supermarkets, Walmart, Costco, gas station, car dealerships, strip malls, fast food, etc.. No space for kids but good for pets.
This is a place where you stay if you need a place for a month or so. In the two nights I stayed there, I realized that once couple was there because their house burned to the ground and they had nowhere else to go. There was also a construction crew that was working in the city. These guys were up at 7:45 am on a Sunday and drinking beer outside of my room. They were also up at 1:45 am drinking beer at the table in the "courtyard" near my room. My dog alerted on them and sleep was impossible. I never saw any staff member. The check in system is tight: You book the place and they send you an email with your room number (it's really a townhouse) and your key code a couple of hours before check-in. The townhouse was dark, the carpeting was old but it was clean and odorless. The bedroom is upstairs in a loft area that is open so expect no privacy if you are staying with more than just a couple. The bathroom is downstairs and outdated. It had a "jacuzzi" tub that was useless except to breed germs. The tub was too shallow to fill (the water didn't cover me), it drained even when closed and the hot water heater didn't make enough hot water to fill it. The neighborhood is a bit shady as well. I wasn't comfortable walking alone after seeing some homeless looking dude sitting on some stairs at a nearby complex with no shirt, his eyes closed and a beer in his hand while catching some rays on his pasty and hairy body. This was paying to live in Section 8 housing.

Dear MexMe79, It is an honor of a traveler with your experience to not only stay with us but take time to give feed back. Most of your feed back deals with issues I have no control over "neighbors", and the areas that I do :cleaning" you spoke highly of. If you have time could you please email me some suggestions on how we may improve? Then I can invite you back on us to see if we live up to your suggestions. Kindest Regards Operations Manager Jerry Ellsworth Thanks again Patricia aka "MexMe79"

Best Bang For a Dollar

Posted May 18, 2017
Pros: Everything Location the quite cozy yards matched the quite cozy rooms. Jetted bath tubs were the best
Cons: More of these type of places
Location: Park with toys less than a block. Several restaurants within walking distance. Big stores (Walmart - Rosaurs- etc) Groceries delivered and stocked
My trip was perfect and Turning Leaf Furnished Town Homes was like the whip cream and cherry on top of a Sunday. They really gave me first class treatment for a little budget. I wish all hotels operated this good. And Jerry the manager took such good care of us he was like an angle, The housekeeping staff especially Christina made sure my needs were met. Christina cleaned my room so detailed and perfect that if I chose I could have eaten off the floors. I will return. WE LOVE TURNING LEAF

Convenient clean efficient

Easy to locate, comfortable and very clean. the kitchen supplies are convenient for take out meals. Worked well for two adults, would have been crowded for a third. Easy to find free parking close to room.

Tiny rooms in a sketchy part of town.

Posted May 8, 2017
Pros: The beds were comfortable. I really liked the way they manage the door lock situation and check in was a non-event, which was wonderful.
Cons: More realistic advertising.
Location: I guess if you're a recreational drug user there's most likely plenty to do nearby. On a serious note though, the mall isn't too far down the road.
The rooms were MUCH smaller than expected. There was no oven, and only a mini oven. The gym and pool facilities are NOT on site. They're actually down the road at a fitness center which would not allow children to swim for the time we were there. The room smelled a touch funky. Our door was close to a bus stop which had sketchy people wandering around the entire weekend..... so we didn't feel safe letting our kids play on the lawn.

On business for a week and this was a perfect spot to call home. It has everything you need. Didn't have much contact with staff, but when I did they answered all questions and was helpful.

Thank you for business. You were a great guest and we look forward to you staying with us again. Being a quaint corporate housing community serving the business traveler, medical staffing, and relocation industry, it is feasible to have a few automated processes to make tasks more guest-friendly.

Cozy townhouse in Spokane

Posted Apr 12, 2017
Pros: quiet, comfortable beds
Cons: communication prior to check in date
Location: about 20 minute drive north of downtown close to shopping and restaurants
My sister and I met in Spokane for a fun weekend. This place was perfect. The bed and the pull out sofa were both quite comfy and the room was perfect for two! It was very clean as were all of the sheets, dishes, towels - everything. It was easy to access. The laundry facility was close by and no charge - BONUS! It was safe, quiet, and secure. The location is very convenient - about 20 minutes from downtown right near restaurants and shopping.
