Convenient, clean but right out of the 1970s. Worth the price just don’t expect much .

Window AC did not work on arrival and was not changed immediately (around 6 pm) so the first night it was very hot and not able to sleep. They put a new unit in the next morning late morning

We stayed as a family with teens for 5 nights. Disappointed to be in the annexe and not on the beach but it was a good sized room and a quick drive to PTown. Kitchen was great but no iron. No housekeeping but we could leave towels outside the room and they would be replaced - unfortunately ours were replaced with one less towel and sorting that out meant a walk down to the reception at the other location. Parking is a problem - not enough bays. Overall good value for low price and great location.

Very clean and spacious dune side room. Parking tight for a full size SUV. Bayside beach unusable due to seaweed. Great staff,easy check in.

Wonderful place! Nice having access to a private beach and an indoor pool as an additional option. We didn’t use the grill or fire pit, but it was nice knowing they were available as options. Our specific room could use a bit of updating - the bathroom needs a fan and the carpets need a deep clean or to just be updated completely- but overall the rooms were clean. Staff were absolutely wonderful! Very friendly and helpful! Very convenient location, being just minutes to Provincetown and public transportation being super close, convenient, and cheap. Overall we had a wonderful time and would stay here again!
