This was the only hotel available for a reasonable price. Clean and conveniently located within a short distance to amenities and downtown.

Pros: Good coffee served in the lobby in the morning.
Cons: Clean, paint, repair and replace broken mattresses.
Location: North Vancouver. Easy access from Trans Canada Highway and to Ferry.
Broke down mattress, visible soil on walls, blinds and air conditioner. Peeling paint, broken curtain rod in claustrophobic bath with peeling paint. Bed bug check was negative and sheets were clean. Strong floral odour not recommended for people with respiratory issues. Depressing room that looked like it could have been used in a cheap porno movie. Will never book there again.

Internet Needs Attention

Posted Sep 14, 2017
Pros: Close to down town Vancouver, rates very competitive and excellent, good breakfast part of their hospitality, received coupons for our Aquarium visit
Cons: Internet needs fixing
Location: Good location near down town
Internet was not working, Laptop and my wife's iPhone could NOT be connected at all during our 2 day stay. While I was in an out of their office and in the breakfast room, there were 4 other customers who were also complaining about the internet not being accessible. Grouse Inn MUST look into fixing this problem because customers put high priority on internet.

Nice hotel not too far away from Canada place

Posted Sep 10, 2017
Staff was nice, giving us extra blankets and towels. There was one 1 face cloth, 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels in the bathroom. Place smelled clean, even though you can see it is old.
