A four night break in a region of Anglesy we have never visited before. Large comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff who enjoy a conversation. The food is exceptionally good with a first class chef. Overall it was a pleasure to stay here, the scenery and views are just outstanding. We will definitely return for more visits.

Our stay was for one night only but we would certainly use it again. Attentive friendly staff, good food, quiet and picturesque location. Signposting to it could be improved and the entrance is tricky to get in and out of, but there didn't seem to be an easy solution. The Gazelle was a strange name for the hotel, and didn't do it justice. Brilliant place though. Loved it!

Location: Enjoy the scenery at the hotel but also visit nearby Beaumaris for an interesting and historic town
The hotel room was adequate, although could maybe do with a bit of updating. The location of the hotel is superb, it was really nice to fall asleep listening to the waves outside the window. The staff were very pleasant but the real stand out point is the restaurant. The evening meal was superb. Great, fresh food, beautifully cooked to order. Good proces and good portion sizes. I would certainly eat here again if I was local and I would stay in the hotel if I was to visit the area.

Pros: The location, albeit with difficult access via a very steep narrow hill on a bend in the road, which could only accommodate one way traffic.
Cons: The general cleanliness and more attention to small but important details to their guests..
Location: Not much around unless you drove, but the location was pretty in a bay, close by car to the Menai Bridge and the town of Beaumaris..
We stayed for two nights - Saturday and Sunday. The room was overcrowded but the beds were clean and comfortable. The windows and plastic surrounds needed cleaning both inside and out. The stair rail on the lower stairs was loose and wobbly. The light had broken and the replacement was of such a low wattage it was difficult to see. The bathroom had a shaver point which needed a new light. The staff did try to rectify this but did not have the correct size tube to replace.. The toilet roll holder was broken as was the sanitary bag dispenser; the toilet seat was loose. The throws on the beds needed washing. All the carpets needed cleaning. The evening meal in the restaurant was good and imaginative with good service and a good chef who could go far. The staff overlooked to tell us that the restaurant would be closed on the evening of our second day so we had to drive into town to get a meal - a bad oversight on their behalf. The breakfast was fine particularly on day one, on day 2 it wasn't quite so good. The staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be. It was a very busy pub/restaurant with rooms and shouldn't be classified as a hotel..

Pros: Staff were very friendly, location was great, bar area and restaurant very good.
Cons: Hotel side could do with a facelift, maybe they have had a busy summer, if so nows the time to reinvest! New flooring and a coat of paint would help.
Location: Perfect location lots to do, it's an holiday island.
Staff were very friendly, breakfast was excellent, however the decor was looking tired especially the carpets on the stairs and in the lobby area, it looked filthy and in desperate need of replacement. Bathroom had a rather unpleasant odour.

Pros: our experience was extremely and would have no problem in recommending it
Cons: If anything the cleanliness of the bathroom( mainly some mould in the shower area and around sink. could have been a little better.
Location: Great location you could not be nearer to the sea!!
A little gem. Unfortunately it was only an overnight stay but will make sure we visit again but for longer. The staff were really helpful and very courteous. Great menu excellent quality without being over priced ! Nice when the Chef comes out to see if your happy with your meal. Don't forget the Hendricks Chef !

Hotel had obviously had some investment in the last few years but since then has not been maintained or cleaned properly. Carpet was stained and clearly needed vacuuming

Pros: Friendly Staff, ideal quiet Location
Cons: The hotel is located on a steep narrow road it is impossible to see traffic on the main road when exiting a mirror on the opposite wall would help.
Location: Beaumaris is close and lively
A small nice Hotel with friendly staff, good selection of food. We stayed in the sea view annex which had a small balcony where you could sit out and watch the boats sailing up and down the straight. As we were attending a wedding on Anglesea we only had one evening meal at the hotel which was very nice my wife had Whitebait to start and I had Local caught Muscles both very well presented. Main meals were Gammon and Steak which were very good. The Breakfast were very good, selection of cereals, juice and fruit with full breakfast and toast to follow.
