Nice hotel close to our ultimate designation

Pros: Location of the hotel and spaciousness of the room.
Cons: Beds were too soft.
Location: Very close to historical areas in Pennsylvania
Very spacious room. It was a little noisy with route 309 very close. The bed was soft. Breakfast was average. The facilities were excellent.

Pros: Nearby my office area.
Cons: Food
No food service. Came in from Utah and after traveling all day. Driver asked if I needed a bite to eat. I responded...the hotel food would be fine. I will no longer be staying here during my visit to Montgomeryville. PA

Fun time in Philidelphia

The first thing I noticed about this hotel was there was an indoor pool but no hot tub. I have a hot tub at home and rely on it for muscle aches and relaxing after a long day. The pool was warm which was nice but the pool was very short. The "deep end" was 3'6" being 5'9" I would have to kneel to get wet. When I tried to swim laps my feet would hit at the "shallow end" 3 feet deep. The staff was nice but we had some problems with house keeping. My daughter who was on the sofa bed wanted another blanket, they had trouble finding one. My nephews (in the room next door) also sleeping on the sofa bed, wanted pillows and the hotel informed them that they were out. How does a hotel run out of pillows and blankets? The boys had to use the decorative pillows from the couch for their heads. (yuck) My son arrived from Florida for the weekend and he was sick, which made sharing a bed with a sibling out of the question. The hotel did not have roll away beds. One day when the room service was completed we returned after a long day to find out that they had removed all the towels but hadn't replaced any. My husband had to go to the front desk to retrieve 6 towel sets, as we weren't willing to wait to have room service deliver them. When we left there was a wrapper and a purchase tag that fell on the floor out of the trash can, they were still there after room service. That made us question the cleanliness of the room. Anytime we re-keyed, all keys were deactivated.

My weekend at Residence Inn Philadelphia

Our stay was wonderful. I stayed with my family at Residence inn Philadelphia because we went to the Spooktacular in Sesame Place. The hotel is 25 minutes away from the park. It also has a movie theater & a Chuck e Cheese across from the hotel. The hotel is so comfortable. I will be staying again with my family. Very friendly staff.

Pros: Two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms.
Location: A little hard to locate due to no left turns on the highway.
We were expecting two queen beds in each room, but only one in each. Had we know, we would have reserved king size beds for our party of 6. Had a plumbing problem that took two days and two phone calls to get it fixed. Staff was very sorry for the inconvenience and allowed one of our party to stay two additional nights to make it right.

Great Hotel! Close to the Country Club...

Overall the stay at Residence Inn was a good one. The Continental Breakfast was a little lacking, but the heated pool, and friendliness of the Staff made up for it... Had a good time, and would stay here again... Very close to shops.

Great stay

Came here while in town for a wedding, and we had an amazing stay. The breakfast is better than you'd expect, and the hotel has all the amenities. The rooms are also more like weekly rooms. So they are bigger with full kitchens and bathrooms.

Maintenance Required

Microwave in room did not work,had to move to room across hall. Poor maintenance.
