Stay away

Pros: Friendly staff serving breakfast
Cons: Just about everything else
Very disappointing. Paid a premium price expecting a premium hotel but instead got a very tired b&b. 20 year old decor and fittings, collapsing mattress with bizarrely coloured linen from the seventies and not given a key to get back in if we were planning on being back later than 11:30. Breakfast was very poor - greasy and poor quality. And no iron available when asked for one.

Epperstone Hotel

Overall the hotel and staff was lovely. I was disappointed that the described wireless network did not work. However, as a holiday spot, the hotel is ideal.
