Pros: Very friendly staff, and the breakfast was excellent, would tell my friends about the hotel.
Cons: Did report a few issues about the hotel, but nothing was done. So i hope Carole and Keith will jump on this and do repairs when they get reported.
Location: There is so much to do here, you must come here for yourself.
We had a great 3 days at the hotel, will stay there again.

Stayed only for a night as a couple. We stayed in Room 4 which is in first floor. Our room has a bay window and over looking the beach. There are benches outside hotel which is nice to seat and watch the waves. We were greeted with a big smile upon arrival. The room is okey and comfy. The breakfast was excellent. Walking distance to park, beach, castle. Would be happy to stay again.

Excellent staff. Warm welcome. Honesty bar and use of a sitting room. Decked seating area to front of hotel.......but room was only cleaned once in 4 night stay. Didn't bother me, but it may put off others.

Pros: Nothing. It is not a hotel as the lady said. She said it is a guest house not a hotel.
Cons: I haven't got enough room. Suffice to say I have never stayed at a more unwelcoming establishment as this. The council needs to do more spot checksl
Location: Near to Scarborough Castle. 15 mins walk to town centre. You have to get the cliff lift back as it is up in the hills.
Asked lady to fix our television as we had no BBC Channels and only a small amount of other channels. No WIFI in our room either (room 10). It was not fit for purpose. 6 flights of stairs???? and my wife has copd and we both have diabetes and health problems. When we arrived there were no parking spaces anywhere as far as the eye could see and we had 4 bags to carry !!!! She just said you will have to keep on driving around the area until you find one!!!!! She did not fix the room problems and never told us why she didn't fix the problems. I feel it could be a trading standards problem as what they advertised like wifi in the rooms was not available. All in all I don't know how they are in business renting out rooms like this. We were not pleased.
