北安普敦县旅游套餐和自由行旅游优惠

We traveled for my nieces birthday but it was ruined because of a payment overcharge which affected her plans for the weekend. The floors needed to be mopped…I walked barefoot through my room and the floors was so dirty I had to wash my feet before going to bed.

Everything was clean and organized

This place was dirty and the roomed smelled dingy like it had been smoked in even though it was a nonsmoking hotel. We were on the 2nd floor so we looked out onto the top of the bar area where people had dropped things off their balconies. We were there for 10 days and no one ever picked up any of the clothes, lighters, vapes, trash and/or food that visitors lost over the rails and just laid outside our room looking disgusting and trashy. We also paid more for our reservation because it came with better parking right in front of the hotel instead of across the street in the parking deck but when we checked in, the lady at the front desk told us she didn’t want to deal with enforcing who parked where so all the good parking spots in front of the hotel were taken up by cars with tags that should have been parked in the parking deck but we were told by the front desk that there was nothing they could do and we would just have to park in the parking deck due to people without passes taking up our spaces. The vent in the bathroom dripped water on your head while you used the toilet. The maintenance and cleaning people also parked all their equipment in the hall outside of room door so that the route from our room to an exit was always blocked which was a huge safety issue and a fire hazard in the case that we needed to evacuate quickly but when we complained, nothing changed or was moved. The location was definitely the best part of this hotel and the only reason we stayed.
