"Kanishka, the night duty manager was great in assisting us with a smooth checkout. He even assisted when the room device were slow and introduced us to Dinku in the travel desk to take us to kamakhya temple as we didn’t know much coming from London. Dinku made sure of taking care of us during our journey to kamakhya and airport while going back to London. Absolutely brilliant set of people who made us love the experience. We’ll come back again and refer our friends too!"

"The property is new and one of the best in the area. It has lot of teething issues which I hope they will be able to overcome with time. The staff needs thorough training with regard to customer dealing. The people at the front desk need to be more pro and helping towards customer satisfaction. After my checking out and final settlement of the bill the person at the reception asked me to pay more amount which was never discussed with me earlier. The staff themselves are confused they need guidance from trained people in the hotel industry. I mean they should hire experienced people. But property is amazing!"
